The cooling system comprises a first cooling circuit for cooling a first heating component, a second cooling circuit for cooling a second heating component, a third cooling circuit for cooling a third heating component, a fourth cooling circuit for cooling a fourth heating component, a pump station unit, and a heat dissipation unit; the pump station unit comprises a pump group, a water separator, and a water collector, a water supply main is between the pump group and the water separator, and a water return main is between the pump group and the water collector; the pump group provides a cooling medium for the first, second, third and fourth cooling circuits via the water separator; the first cooling circuit is directly communicated with the water separator and the water collector; and the second, third and fourth cooling circuits are communicated with the water collector via the heat dissipation unit respectively.

The cooling system comprising: a first cooling loop, a second cooling loop, a third cooling loop, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, wherein the first cooling loop comprises a first fluid pipeline and a first pump set; the second cooling loop comprises a second fluid pipeline and a second pump set, and the second fluid pipeline comprises a main path and a bypass; the third cooling loop comprises a third fluid pipeline and a third pump set, and the third fluid pipeline communicates with both the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger; the first heat exchanger is configured to thermally couple the first cooling medium, the second cooling medium and the third cooling medium to one another; the second heat exchanger is configured to thermally couple the second cooling medium to the third cooling medium.

Cooling system and wind-driven generator system

The present disclosure relates to a cooling system, an electric motor and a wind-power electric generator set. The cooling system is applied to an electric motor; the electric motor includes a stator support and a rotor support, the stator support is dynamically sealingly connected to the rotor support to form ventilation chambers respectively arranged at two ends of the electric motor in an axial direction, first ventilation holes are formed at two ends of the stator support in the axial direction respectively, and the cooling system includes: a flow-confluence chamber, arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator support; an accommodating chamber, arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator support; a heat exchanger, arranged in the accommodating chamber or in the flow-confluence chamber; a circulating fan, arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator support and located at a side of the stator support in the axial direction.

Cooling system, electric motor and wind-power electric generator set

The present application relates to a cooling device, a motor, and a wind turbine set. The cooling device is integrated inside the motor and includes a housing extending along an axial direction of the motor, wherein the housing has a receiving cavity and an air inlet and an air outlet in communication with the receiving cavity, and the housing is in communication with an interior of the motor through the air inlet and in communication with the ventilation chambers at two axial ends of the motor through the air outlet; a heat exchanger located in the receiving cavity and provided close to the air outlet; and a circulation fan provided in the receiving cavity along the axial direction of the motor. The cooling device can realize a modular design of the cooling device, has a simple and compact structure, and occupies a small space.

Cooling device, motor, and wind turbine set

The present disclosure relates to a cooling system, an electric motor and a wind-power electric generator set. The cooling system is applied to an electric motor; the electric motor includes a stator support and a rotor support; the stator support is dynamically sealingly connected to the rotor support to form a ventilation chamber arranged at an end of the electric motor in an axial direction; the cooling system includes a flow-confluence chamber, arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator support; an accommodating chamber, arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator support; a heat exchanger, arranged in the accommodating chamber or in the flow-confluence chamber; a circulating fan, arranged in the circumferential direction of the stator support and located at a side of the stator support in the axial direction.

A cooling system and a wind power generating set. The cooling system comprises two cooling sub-systems thermally coupled to each other. Each cooling sub-system comprises: a first cooling circuit for cooling a first heat-generating component, a second cooling circuit for cooling a second heat-generating component, a third cooling circuit for cooling a third heat-generating component, a fourth cooling circuit for cooling a fourth heat-generating component, a pump station unit and a heat dissipation unit. The first cooling circuit and the fourth cooling circuit are connected in parallel to form a first branch, the second cooling circuit and the third cooling circuit are connected in parallel to form a second branch, and the first branch and the second branch are connected in parallel, and are connected to the pump station unit and the heat dissipation unit. The cooling system may achieve the fault-tolerant operation of two cooling sub-systems.

The present application discloses a heat exchange system and a motor. The heat exchange system includes: a first heat exchange unit disposed in a to-be-cooled area of the motor for heat exchange, the first heat exchange unit including a plurality of first heat exchange branches connected in parallel; a second heat exchange unit disposed outside the motor, and being connected to the first heat exchange unit through a pipeline assembly to form a closed heat exchange loop. Each first heat exchange branch is connected with a first heat exchanger, a first valve group, and a first pressure information component, and the opening and closing of the first valve group is controlled according to the first pressure information of the first pressure information component.

The present application relates to a slot wedge element, a stator device, a motor, and a wind turbine. The slot wedge element extends in a first direction and has opposite first and second edges has a first surface and a second surface in the thickness direction thereof, and is attached to a winding of the stator device via the first surface. The second surface includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion sequentially distributed in the first direction. A second thickness between the second portion and the first surface is greater than a first thickness between the first portion and the first surface, and the second thickness is greater than or equal to a third thickness between the third portion and the first surface. The first thickness is decreasingly distributed in a direction from the second portion to the first edge.
