A large area deposition type additive manufacturing equipment is disclosed. The large area deposition type additive manufacturing equipment includes a light source module, a dynamic photomask module, a raw material tank and a deposition module. The light source module includes a plurality of light emitting members, a light diffusion member, a light enhancement member and a light emitting angle limiter. Light emitted from the light emitting members passes through the light diffusion member, the light enhancement member and the light emitting angle limiter to become a collimated curing light. The collimated curing light travels through a transparent member of the raw material tank and a dynamic photomask module to reach liquid photocurable material in the raw material tank, thereby curing the liquid photocurable material. The angle of emitted light ranges within ±30° with respect to a normal line of an incident plane of the light source module.

Deposition additive manufacturing equipment

A fingerprint recognition device includes a light source, a light conversion layer, a light detector, and a light filter. The light source is configured to emit a first light having a first wavelength. The light conversion layer is configured to convert the first light to a second light having a second wavelength different from the first wavelength. The light detector is configured to detect the second light reflected by a fingerprint. The light filter is disposed between the light conversion layer and the light detector, and configured to substantially filter out the first light and substantially pass the second light.

Fingerprint recognition device

An image module includes a photosensitive element and a light-screening structure disposed on the photosensitive element. The light-screening structure includes a light-transmitting layer. The light-screening structure also includes a first light-shielding layer disposed in the light-transmitting layer and having a first light passage portion. The light-screening structure further includes a second light-shielding layer disposed between the first light-shielding layer and the photosensitive element and having a second light passage portion. The light-screening structure includes a condensing structure disposed on the light-transmitting layer. The first light passage portion and the second light passage portion correspond to the photosensitive element. Light passing through the condensing structure produces a concentrated beam, and the apertures of the first light passage portion and the second light passage portion are respectively adjusted according to the widths of the concentrated beam at the first light-shielding layer and at the second light-shielding layer.

Image module and biometric device using the same

A biometric device includes an illuminating unit and an imaging module. The imaging module includes an optical angular selective structure and a sensing layer. The light selecting structure includes a micro lens array, a refractive layer and a light shielding layer. The refractive layer is disposed between the micro lens array and the light shielding layer. The micro lens array includes a plurality of lens unit units, and the light shielding layer has a plurality of light passing portions. The sensing layer defines multiple sensing regions which are spaced apart from each other. The light shielding layer is disposed between the refractive layer and the sensing layer. The sensing regions correspond to the light passing portions, respectively. An optical angular selective distance is defined between the light shielding layer and the sensing layer.

Biometric device

A Raman detecting chip for thin layer chromatography and a method for separating and detecting an analyte are provided. The Raman detecting chip for thin layer chromatography includes a silicon substrate. The silicon substrate includes a first portion, a second portion and a plurality of silicon nanowires disposed on the first portion, wherein each silicon nanowire has a top surface and a sidewall. A metal layer covers the top surface and at least a part of the sidewall of the silicon nanowire, wherein the silicon nanowire has a length L from 5 &#x3bc;m to 15 &#x3bc;m. The ratio between the length L1 of the side wall covered by the metal layer and the length L of the silicon nanowire is from 0.2 to 0.8.

Raman detecting chip for thin layer chromatography and method for separating and detecting an analyte

A Raman detecting chip for thin layer chromatography and a method for separating and detecting an analyte are provided. The Raman detecting chip for thin layer chromatography includes a silicon substrate. The silicon substrate includes a flat portion and a plurality of silicon nanowires disposed on the flat portion, wherein each silicon nanowire has a top surface and a sidewall. A metal layer covers the top surface and at least a part of the sidewall. The silicon nanowire has a length from 5 &#x3bc;m to 15 &#x3bc;m.

A sensing chip including a substrate, a plurality of metal nanostructures, a first surface modified layer and a second surface modified layer is provided. The metal nanostructures are disposed on the substrate. The first surface modified layer is disposed on a surface of the metal nanostructures, wherein the first surface modified layer includes a plurality of thiol group-containing molecules. The second surface modified layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate, wherein the second surface modified layer includes a plurality of silyl group-containing molecules.

Sensing chip

A sensing chip is provided, which includes a substrate and a plurality of nano structures periodically arranged on the substrate, wherein each of the nano structures includes a bottom metal layer disposed on the substrate, a middle dielectric layer disposed on the bottom metal layer, and a top metal layer disposed on the middle dielectric layer. The bottom metal layer has an area that is larger than that of the top metal layer.

The disclosure provides a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate, including: a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-active substrate; a patterned hydrophilic region and a patterned hydrophobic region formed on the SERS-active substrate, wherein a water contact angle difference between the patterned hydrophilic region and the patterned hydrophobic region is in a range from about 29 degrees to about 90 degrees.

A photo-electric device including a photoelectric conversion layer and a plurality of electrodes is provided. The photoelectric conversion layer includes a plurality of inversed pyramid shaped recesses and a plurality of a pyramids, wherein each of the inversed pyramid shaped recesses has at least three first reflection sidewalls, each of the pyramids is located in one of the inversed pyramid shaped recesses respectively, each of the pyramids has at least three second reflection sidewalls, and none of the first reflection sidewall and the second reflection sidewall is located in a same plane. The electrodes are electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion layer.

The invention provides a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and a trace detection method of a biological and chemical analyte using the same. The substrate includes: a substrate having a periodic nanostructure; a reflection layer formed on the substrate; a dielectric layer formed on the reflection layer; and a metal thin film layer formed on the dielectric layer.

A multi-reflection structure including a substrate and pyramid is provided. The substrate includes an inversed pyramid shaped recess having at least three first reflection sidewalls. The pyramid is disposed on the substrate and located in the inversed pyramid shaped recess. The pyramid has at least three second reflection sidewalls, wherein the normal of each of the second reflection sidewalls and the normal of each of the first reflection sidewalls are not located in the same plane. Furthermore, a photo-electric device is also provided in the present application.

Multi-reflection structure and photo-electric device

Disclosed is a trace detection device of a biological and chemical analyte, including a metal substrate, a periodic metal nanostructure on the metallic substrate, a dielectric layer on the periodic metal nanostructure, and a continuous metal film on the dielectric layer. Tuning the thickness of the dielectric layer and/or the continuous metal film to meet the laser wavelength can shift the absorption peak wavelength of the sensor, thereby further enhancing the Raman signals of the analyte molecules.
