The present disclosure relates to an X-RAY detector including a base substrate and a plurality of detection units arranged on the base substrate. Each detection unit includes a light conversion element and a switching transistor, the light conversion element is configured to convert an optical signal into an electrical signal, and the switching transistor is configured to output the electrical signal to a reading signal line. Each detection unit further includes a radiation shielding structure located at a light-entering side of the detection unit, and an orthogonal projection of the radiation shielding structure onto the base substrate fully covers an orthogonal projection of the switching transistor onto the base substrate. The disclosure relates to the technical field of experimental detection. A portable experimental device for hazardous chemical and an experimental method thereof are provided. The technical scheme of the disclosure integrates hazardous chemicals information and data of a portable meeting-water air release test device data to construct a perfect hazardous chemicals database, and realizes rapid prediction and response to a fire scene through scene data collection, preprocessing and matching. The scene data of the portable device is received and processed, and is compared with the database information, the random forest model is used to train the chemical reaction prediction model, and the real-time detection data is predicted to obtain the second prediction result. and the test experimental results are shared to each mobile terminal in time to realize the rapid transmission and sharing of information.

Portable experimental device for hazardous chemical and experimental method thereof

A control valve structure, a using method thereof, a microfluidic chip, and a nucleic acid extraction device. The control valve structure includes: a cover plate layer, a first channel layer, a first adhesive layer, a second channel layer, at least one valve core, and at least one elastic film. When the valve core is embedded in the first limiting hole, the elastic film seals the first limiting hole, and the second limiting hole, the first through hole and the liquid outlet channel form a sample liquid flow channel; and when the valve core is embedded in the second limiting hole, the elastic film seals the second limiting hole so as to block the sample liquid flow channel.

The present disclosure provides an active pixel sensor and a flat panel detector. The active pixel sensor includes: a light sensing device configured to convert light sensed by the light sensing device into charges and supply the charges to a floating diffusion node; an amplification sub-circuit configured to amplify a signal according to a potential at the floating diffusion node and output the amplified signal through the output terminal; an adjustment sub-circuit configured to adjust, in response to a first control signal, a conversion gain from an amount of the light sensed by the light sensing device to the potential at the floating diffusion node; and a read sub-circuit configured to transmit a voltage of the input terminal of the read sub-circuit to the output terminal of the read sub-circuit according to a scan signal provided by the scan line.

The present disclosure provides a digital immunochip and a manufacture method thereof. The digital immunochip includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are opposite to each other. The first substrate includes: a first base substrate; at least one driving electrode on the first base substrate and configured to drive an object to be detected to move; a dielectric layer on a side of the at least one driving electrode away from the first base substrate and covering the at least one driving electrode; and a first hydrophobic layer on a side of the dielectric layer away from the first base substrate. The second substrate includes: a second base substrate; and an immunoassay substance on a side of the second base substrate proximal to the first hydrophobic layer of the first substrate and including an antigen or an antibody.

Digital immunochip and manufacture method of the same

The present disclosure provides a microfluidic chip and a droplet separation method, and belongs to the field of biological chip technology. The microfluidic chip includes a first liquid tank and a second liquid tank opposite to each other and a channel layer therebetween. The channel layer includes a plurality of microfluidic channels separated from each other, first ends of the microfluidic channels are communicated with the first liquid tank, and second ends are communicated with the second liquid tank. The first liquid tank contains sample solution to be detected, and the second liquid tank contains encapsulating liquid. The sample solution to be detected entering the first liquid tank may be separated into a plurality of sample droplets through the microfluidic channels, the separated sample droplets enter the second liquid tank, so that the encapsulating liquid is encapsulated on a surface of each of the plurality of sample droplets.
