A display device includes a display region and a non-display region. The display device includes a substrate; a non-organic insulation layer disposed on a side of the substrate; wherein a first groove is defined in the non-organic insulation layer corresponding to the non-display region, an opening of the first groove is away from the substrate, and a metal retaining wall is disposed in the first groove; a light-emitting layer disposed on a side of the non-organic insulation layer away from the substrate; and an encapsulation layer disposed on a side of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate and extending from the display region to the non-display region. Wherein, the encapsulation layer is overlapped with the first groove in the non-display region, and a first gap is between an edge of the encapsulation layer and an edge of the non-organic insulation layer.

The present application discloses an oxide thin film transistor, a display panel, and a preparation method thereof. Each thickness of the first gate insulating layer of the present application corresponding to the first source doped region, the first drain doped region, the first diffusion region, and the second diffusion region is less than a thickness corresponding to the first channel region; and thicknesses of the first gate insulating layer corresponding to the first diffusion region and the second diffusion region are both different from a thickness corresponding to the first source doped region and the first drain doped region. The the first gate insulating layer effectively shields the first channel region laterally.

Oxide thin film transistor, display panel and preparation method thereof

A display panel and a mobile terminal are provided. The display panel includes an array driving layer, a first electrode layer, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode layer. The array driving layer includes a thin film transistor layer and a transparent conductive layer. The light-emitting layer includes a first pixel arranged on a normal display area and a second pixel arranged on a light-transmitting function display area. A via hole is formed in the light-transmitting function display area and between two adjacent second pixels. The transparent conductive layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes corresponding to the via hole.

Display panel and mobile terminal

A touch control display panel and a display device are provided. The display device includes the touch control display panel, the touch control display panel includes a touch control layer, and the touch control layer includes touch electrodes and touch signal lines. Two openings formed between two extending segments in a same extending part on the touch signal lines and corresponding extending segments on adjacent touch signal lines are staggered from each other, so a patterning difference between the touch signal lines can be reduced, thereby improving uneven display of the touch control display panel.

The present application discloses a self-capacitance touch panel and a touch display panel. One or more of redundant electrodes are connected in parallel with each of signal transmission lines of the self-capacitance touch panel to reduce trace impedance of the signal transmission lines (especially for the signal transmission lines connected to self-capacitance touch electrodes at a far end). Problems of inability to drive touches, large touch power consumption, and marked incongruities in touch performance of different regions caused by excessive trace impedance are relieved.

Each functional unit is electrically connected to a first signal transmission line. The display panel comprises a plurality of touch signal lines, a plurality of display signal lines, a plurality of first-type signal shielding lines, and a plurality of first power lines. The first-type signal shielding line is arranged in the non-display area, and the first-type signal shielding line is located between the touch signal line and the display signal line. The first power line is connected to a fixed voltage signal, and the first-type signal shielding line is electrically connected to the first power lines respectively on both sides of the bending sub-area.

Each of the touch electrode blocks includes a touch electrode and a compensation electrode which are disposed to be insulated from each other. The touch signal line and the compensation electrode are disposed on a same layer. The orthographic projections of the touch electrode and the compensation electrode projected on the array substrate have an overlapping area, and the overlapping area on the touch electrode block close to the driving circuit is larger than the overlapping area on the touch electrode block away from the driving circuit.

The present invention provides a display panel. At least one first buffer layer is disposed between the base layer and the thin film transistor layer. At least one second buffer layer is disposed between the functional layer and the polarizer. The first buffer layer and the second buffer layer use hollow designs in the transparent displaying region and can reduce stress generated from cutting a hole, improve protection for the display panel and finally improve reliability of the display device.

By manufacturing the signal line layer of the bending region on the water- and oxygen-resistant layer and filling with the flattening layer, the problem of electrical performance of signal lines, caused by water and oxygen permeating the signal line layer through organic photoresist, is alleviated.
