The present disclosure relates to an intermediate transfer member for use in electrophotographic printing. The intermediate transfer member comprises a release layer comprising fluoropolymer particles dispersed in a silicone polymer matrix.

The present disclosure relates to a method of producing an intermediate transfer blanket. The method includes spray-coating a blanket body with a release layer composition including a curable polysiloxane polymer and solid particles of an electrically conductive material. The blanket body is subjected to motion during spray-coating, such that the release layer composition is subjected to shear forces as it deposits on the blanket body.

Electrostatic printing apparatus and intermediate transfer members Herein is disclosed an intermediate transfer member for use in an electrostatic printing process, the intermediate transfer member having an outer release layer comprising a polysiloxane that has been cross-linked using an addition cure process such that it contains Si&#x2014;R&#x2014;Si bonds, wherein R is an alkylene moiety, and a monoalkenylsiloxane has been reacted with and incorporated into the polysiloxane. An electrostatic printing apparatus comprising the intermediate transfer member is also disclosed.
