A method of manufacturing a razor head component that includes the steps of providing a strip of material elongated along a first direction (X), the strip having first and second rounded extremities parallel with the first direction (X). The strip includes a first portion having a first extremity, a second portion having a second extremity, and an intermediate portion intermediate the first and second portions, bending the intermediate portion of at least a part of the strip about a bending axis, and fixing a razor blade onto the second portion of the part.

Method of manufacturing a razor head component

A razor cartridge that includes a housing, at least one support, movably mounted to the housing along a first degree of freedom, the support including a lower portion having an extremity, an upper portion having an extremity, and a bent portion intermediate the lower and upper portions, the portions having parallel first and second faces. The razor cartridge also includes a razor blade having a cutting edge and a fixation portion fixed on the second face of the upper portion of the support, where the extremities are rounded along a whole length of the support extending in a longitudinal direction.
