Techniques for creating a text classifier machine learning (ML) model are described. According to some embodiments, a language processing service finetunes a language ML model on unlabeled documents of a user, and then trains that finetuned language ML model on labeled documents of the user to be a text classifier that is customized for that user's domain, e.g., the user's documents. Additionally, the finetuned language ML model may be trained on labeled documents of the user, for prediction objectives for unlabeled data, before being trained as the text classifier.

Creating text classification machine learning models

Techniques for searching documents are described. An exemplary method includes receiving a document search query; querying at least one index based upon the document search query to identify matching data; fetching the identified matched data; determining one or more of a top ranked passage and top ranked documents from the set of documents based upon one or more invocations of one or more machine learning models based at least on the fetched identified matched data and the document search query; and returning one or more of the top ranked passage and the proper subset of documents.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for document querying

An intermediary system facilitates a connection request from a client to a server. The intermediary system may participate in either or both of a token creation phase and a server connection phase. If participating in the token creation phase, the intermediary system generates a token that may later be used by the client during a server connection phase. The token includes a session identifier and is returned to the client. If participating in the server connection phase, the intermediary receives the token, which is sent from the client in conjunction with a connection request, extracts the session identifier from the token, and compares against the session identifier for the session in which the token was created. If the session identifiers match, then the intermediary connects to the server to complete the connection request for the client.

Token-based authentication using middle tier

An intermediary system that facilitates a connection request from a client to a server. The intermediary system may participate in either or both of a token creation phase and a server connection phase. A database environment that includes one or more database production servers, one or more database test servers, and a virtualization connection that provides incoming service request traffic to both the database production server and the database test server. However, the database production server responds to the database service requests, while the database test server does not. The database test server may be tested for a variety of different configurations in an attempt to find a better performing configuration. The testing is in real-time as the database test server is subjected to the same incoming service request traffic as the database production server.
