The present invention relates to a pallet container (), with a thin-walled, rigid inner container () composed of thermoplastic material for the storage and transport of liquid or pourable contents, with a trellis tube support casing () tightly enclosing the plastic container (), and with a base pallet (), on which the plastic container () rests and to which the support casing () is rigidly connected, wherein the trellis tube support casing () is constructed of vertical and horizontal tubes () that are welded to each other, with the peripheral horizontal tubes () being rigidly connected to each other. The connection of the horizontal tubes () is accomplished by a positive clinched joint () disposed on the inside of the horizontal tubes (), wherein the outside of the horizontal tubes () is free from any clinched joint deformations.

Pallet container

A pallet container includes a bottom pallet and a thin-walled inner container, made of thermoplastic material and resting on the bottom plate, for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing goods. Closely surrounding the plastic container is a lattice tube frame which includes vertical and horizontal tubular rods welded to one another and which is securely fixed to the bottom plate. In order to improve the lattice tube frame durability while maintaining sufficient stacking load-bearing capacity, at least the vertical tubular rods have regions of low tubular profile height and high tubular profile height, wherein the regions of low tubular profile height are uniformly linear and positioned outside the intersections, and the regions of high tubular profile height are positioned in an area of the intersections.

A pallet for a pallet container for storing and for transporting liquid contents has an upper deck made of profiled sheet steel and a substructure having a plurality of plastic feet or runners. The pallet is grounded electrically. In order to ensure a reliable electrical discharge (electrical grounding) of, for example, electrostatic charging, accompanied by the properties of a high resistance to mechanical loading, fewer than half the plastic feet or runners are made of plastic material which is electrically conductive and more than half the plastic feet or runners are made of plastic material which is not electrically conductive.

The invention is directed to a pallet container assembly with a thin-walled rigid inner container of thermoplastic material for the storage and transport of liquid or flowable contents, including a cage-like bar frame closely surrounding as support jacket the inner plastic container, and a bottom pallet for placement of the inner plastic container and secure attachment of the support jacket, wherein there are provided, within the support area of the inner plastic container on the surface of the bottom pallet optionally on the surface of an intermediate plate, respective means (form-fitting means/frictional connection means) which&#x2014;as viewed in the direction of the horizontal plane&#x2014;result in a substantial increase of the slip resistance between the downwardly pointing outer surface of the bottom pallet or the intermediate plate.

An identification plate for a pallet container includes a plate body for placement upon a lattice frame of a pallet container. The plate body has an upper edge, which is bent rearwards at a first angle for attachment to an upper horizontal rod of the lattice frame, a lower edge, which is bent rearwards at the first angle for attachment to a lower horizontal rod of the lattice frame, and opposite lateral edges extending between the upper and lower edges and bent rearwards at a second angle which is greater than the first angle. Each of the lateral edges ends at its rear in a rolled edge and is formed with terminal recesses for receiving the upper and lower horizontal rods. The rolled edge is hereby sized to project with its ends in a rod-like manner into the recesses to engage behind the upper and lower horizontal rods.

In a rigid thin-walled inner receptacle from thermoplastic material for storage and transport of fluid or free-flowing loads, with a cage of crossed hollow bars closely surrounding the plastic receptacle as a support jacket and a bottom pallet which supports the receptacle and on which the support jacket is firmly attached, the crossed vertically and horizontally extending hollow bars which are welded to each other at welding points and configured such that they are free of any dimples in their contact area at a point of intersection, and each of the hollow bars are provided laterally next to the point of intersection with at least one dimple laterally and at a distance from the point of intersection respectively the welding point.

This invention relates to a container consisting of a thermoplastic material, with side walls, flat top and bottom panels of which the top panel is provided with at least one fill/drain opening, and with a continuous circumferential carrying and transport rim. For better utilization of pallet space, the container body has an approximately square cross-section with slightly convex lateral surfaces and slightly radiused corners. In order to counteract the inherent tendency of the flat container walls to bulge and buckle, the container body is provided with vertical and/or horizontal reinforcement elements.

Plastic container

This invention relates to a cylindrical, blow-molded lidded barrel (wide-mouthed drum) with a barrel lid and tension-ring closure. Previously known lidded barrels have comparatively little ability to withstand falls and are therefore not well-suited for handling liquids. Owing to the special configuration of the barrel lid and the barrel mouth edges as well as by a special matching of the individual components to one another, the lidded barrel according to the invention can be manipulated in the filled state with the same barrel-gripping tool (parrot's beak), ans is universally employed and in industrial use for modern plastic L-ring bung barrels or normal steel bung barrels. By improving the strength of the lidded barrel when it is dropped, the barrel is also made especially well-suited for handling liquids since it remains liquidtight even when dumped or dropped from great heights.

The invention relates to a multi-layer plastic container () for the storage and transport of materials in particular with an explosion risk, comprising at least two layers of plastic, whereby the inner layer () is not electrically conducting and the outer layer () is electrically conducting. According to the invention, an electrostatic charging of the plastic container or/and the inner filled material with a risk of explosion may be avoided, whereby a permanent electrical connection between the inner packed material and the base on which the plastic container () is mounted is provided which guarantees a secure discharge of electrostatic charging of the container body or the packed material to the base.

Plastic container with electric dissipation capability

A barrel body with a cross-section surface that approaches the shape of a square with slightly embossed side surfaces and rounded corner areas. The barrel body can be equipped with stiffening elements that run vertically and/or horizontally.

The invention relates to a pallet container with a thin-walled inner receptacle preferably made from thermoplastic material for the storage and transport of liquid or free-flowing goods, wherein the plastic container is closely surrounded by an outer cage jacket of crossed hollow bars which are configured with dimples by means of which bending points in the cage jacket are established so that when the pallet container is subjected to drops from certain heights, the cage jacket incurs a plastic deformation, thereby preventing fracturing or tearing of the hollow bars from the cage jacket.

The invention relates to an extrusion head for producing a tubular parison ( ) in order to manufacture large-volume, blow molded plastic hollow bodies. The inventive extrusion head has an adjustable ring-shaped tube outlet nozzle for selectively adjusting the nozzle opening ( ) in order to alter the wall thickness of the exiting parison ( ). In order to provide a multiple adjustability of the extruded tube cross section, the invention provides that the extrusion head comprises at least three separate nozzle/mandrel gap adjustment elements (D mandrel, DS I, DS II, DS III) which are differently profiled and exchangeable. The elements can be individually and/or simultaneously brought into working contact with the exiting parison ( ) in the mandrel gap ( ) from inside and/or outside, whereby at least two of the adjustment elements (D mandrel, DS I, DS II, DS III) are configured such that they can be adjusted. To this end, the at least two adjustment elements are each equipped with a corresponding adjusting drive.

Extrusion head
