The present disclosure relates to a rotorfor an axial flux motor. The rotorcomprises a rotor wheel, a plurality of permanent magnetsand a holding structure. The rotor wheelcomprises disk-shaped main bodyand a plurality of arms. The disk-shaped main bodydefines an inner circumferenceand an outer circumference. The plurality of armsprotrude from the outer circumferenceradially outwards to a respective arm tip. The plurality of armsis circumferentially distributed on the outer circumference. The plurality of permanent magnetsis distributed circumferentially about the outer circumferenceand arranged circumferentially between the plurality of arms. The holding structureis attached to the rotor wheeland to the plurality of permanent magnetsto hold the plurality of permanent magnetsin position.

Rotor for an axial flux motor

Disclosed is a compressor. The compressor has a shaft with a compressor wheel attached to the shaft. The compressor also as an electric motor configured to drive the shaft, and also has an axial air bearing having a spring plate and a cover plate that are attached to a carrier with clips. The clips may be provided as sheet metal strips having a bent end section that is bent over by more than 90° in the shape of a hook.

Compressor

A compressor wheel arrangement for an electrically powered turbocharger, which can be connected with a rotor shaft of the turbocharger, having a compressor wheel made of a first metallic material, a shaft made of a second metallic material, which is tightly connected with the compressor wheel, at least one permanent magnet, which is non-rotatably arranged on the section of the shaft, in a ring-shaped area around a section of the shaft that extends behind the compressor wheel, between a casing and the shaft.

Compressor wheel arrangement and method for the production of a compressor wheel arrangement

A turbine arrangement for controlling a gas flow, in particular for a fuel cell () or for an internal combustion engine (), and a charging device having such a turbine arrangement, is described, in which the gas flow supplied by an inlet () can be controlled by an adjustable slide bushing () covering an entry opening () to form a turbine wheel () arranged in a turbine housing () between a closed position and an open position, such that, in the closed position, the gas flow is throttled and, in the at least partially open position, a controllable proportion of the gas flow drives the turbine wheel () arranged on a shaft () of an electric engine () functioning as a generator for recuperating energy, wherein the slide bushing () releases a wall opening () in the turbine housing () above a predetermined value of the gas flow, such that a bypass channel emerges in order to guide gas flow past the turbine wheel () directly to an outlet opening ().

Turbine arrangement for controlling a gas flow

A method for producing a coil of a compressor () which can be electrically driven, a coil which is produced in accordance with this method, and a stator and a compressor which can be electrically driven. The production process for the coil includes the steps of: producing () a first winding () of the coil (), producing () a second winding () of the coil (), and compacting () the first winding () and the second winding () by virtue of an external action of force. Charging apparatus for a combustion engine

A turbocharger () with variable turbine geometry (VTG) having a guide grate () which surrounds a turbine wheel () radially at the outside, which has an adjusting ring () operatively connected to the guide blades () via associated blade levers () which are fastened to blade shafts () at one of the ends thereof. Each blade lever () has a lever head () which can be placed in engagement with an associated engagement recess (), which has a base wall (), of the adjusting ring (), and which has a stop () at least for setting the minimum throughflow through the nozzle cross sections formed by the guide blades (). A supercharging device for an internal combustion engine, in particular for a vehicle, with a compressor having a compressor housing and having a compressor space in which a compressor wheel is arranged, an electric motor having a rotor and a stator, a motor housing having a motor space for accommodating the rotor and the stator, and a fluid-conducting connection from the compressor space into the motor space in order to permit pressure equalization between the compressor space and the motor space.

An exhaust-gas turbocharger () having a turbine () which has a turbine wheel () surrounded by an inflow duct (), and having a VTG cartridge (), which VTG cartridge has a disc () and a vane bearing ring (), which delimit the inflow duct (), and which VTG cartridge has a multiplicity of vanes () which are arranged in the inflow duct () and which are mounted in the vane bearing ring () by way of rotatable vane shafts (), which vane shafts are connected to vane levers (), the lever heads () of which engage into associated grooves () in an adjusting ring () which surrounds the vane bearing ring () on the outside; and having a radial bearing between the adjusting ring () and the vane bearing ring (). The radial air bearing () has an inner annular bearing plate () and a spring plate () which surrounds the bearing plate () at the outside.
