An electromagnetically actuatable proportional valve ( ) includes a valve part ( ) with an actuator that controls pressure fluid connections, an actuator solenoid ( ), and with a set of control electronics ( ), controls the activation of the coil. The control electronics ( ) are flanged mounted onto the actuator solenoid ( ) or the valve part ( ) and is thereby exposed to mechanical and/or hydro-mechanical vibrations. In order to vibrationally decouple the control electronics ( ) from the valve part ( ) and/or the actuator solenoid ( ) at least one vibration-damping means in the form of a damping plate ( ) between these components and the control electronics ( ) is provided.

Proportional valve that can be actuated electromagnetically

A control transmitter, especially for hydraulic valves comprises a housing, a switching rod which is arranged in the housing deflectably in at least two main axes, a ball pivot turnably supporting the switching rod in the housing, two control brackets arranged perpendicularly to one another and turnably supported in the housing so that the switching rod is in operative connection with the control brackets, a rotary angle transmitter arranged on a bearing point of each of the control brackets, a spring-loaded sliding body arranged on the switching rod and having an outer edge which slides over a conically curved contour of the housing having different raising portions.

Control transmitter

A magnetic linear drive includes an elongated cylindrical armature which is supported for axial displacement in a guiding pipe made of a pressure-resistant material. Two axially spaced solenoid windings are mounted on the guiding pipe and are interconnected by a permanent magnet. The solenoid windings are provided with lateral magnetically conducting cores the ends of which communicate with annular grooves formed in the guiding tube. The grooves are filled with a magnetically conductive material forming the poles of the electromagnet. In the region of the poles, the armature is formed with control flanges of different depths which are acted upon by the magnetic flux to impart the axial movement to the armature. One end of the armature is formed with a measuring flange which cooperates with measuring coils mounted on the guiding pipe.
