A seat belt tensioning device with a gas generator for generating a compressed gas, a piston driven by the compressed gas, a tension cable which is connected to the piston and is connectable to a seat belt component to be set into a tensioning movement, a tensioner tube for receiving and guiding the piston, and a guide block that forms a cable guide and in which a receptacle receiving the gas generator and a pressure chamber connected in terms of flow to the receptacle are formed, wherein the guide block is connected to the tensioner tube, and the tension cable runs rectilinearly in a piston movement direction from the tensioner tube through the pressure chamber, wherein the guide block forms a linear guide adjoining the pressure chamber such that the tension cable can be led out of the guide block on the side opposite the tensioner tube.

Tensioning device for a seat belt component

A belt buckle () for a seatbelt system including a spring-loaded lock mechanism () having a securing pin () for locking a belt tongue () inserted into a buckle housing (), a pushbutton (), a frame () which is displaceably guided on the buckle housing () under spring effect to impact upon the lock mechanism () for unlocking of the belt buckle (). At least one contact region () of the recess () formed on the pushbutton () having a noise-damping element () for reducing noise emission in the region where the securing pin () abuts against the pushbutton ().

Belt buckle for a safety belt system

A connecting element () for fixation of two half-shells () of a buckle cover () for a seat belt buckle. The connecting element () includes two externally profiled end-sections, an anchoring section () that is mounted to a first half-shell (), with a fastening section () adjoining a separation section (), The connecting element () is connected to the half-shell () in a material-bonded or interference-fit manner and the fastening section () is connected in a friction- and interference-fit manner to the additional half-shell (). The fastening section () includes a core plug () that tapers conically toward the free end, and having a symmetrically or asymmetrically formed ramp-shaped structure formed of single ramp-shaped sections () that widen respectively in the direction of the separation section ().

Connecting element for securing two half-shells of a belt buckle

Belt buckle (I) for a seat belt system. A cable () fastens the belt buckle () to a vehicle by a fastening device () riveted to the buckle housing ().
