A mechano-electrical fuse () for a hand grenade (), which has a spring element for the storage of mechanical energy and which has a drive device connected to the spring element for driving an electrical generator () through mechanical energy which is stored in the spring element. The electrical generator () is connected through an electronic delay circuit () with a detonator (), with which a booster charge () is associated. A barrier () is provided between the detonator () and the booster charge (). The spring element is formed by a tensioning spring () associated with the handle lever () of the hand grenade (). The drive device has a taut cable line () which is fixed at one end () to the generator shaft () and wound with a number of turns () around the generator shaft (). The second end () of the cable line () is mounted to the handle lever (). Fixed to the generator shaft () is a flywheel mass () which is fixed releasably by a shearing element () in a fuse housing () of the mechano-electrical fuse ().

A safe and arm device including a sensor-controlled switch arrangement in an electrical series-circuit, which is arranged ahead of a secondary-explosive detonator, especially for a submunition-projectile. The safe and arm device possesses a first switch which is actuatable at the presence of a surrounding air onflow against the submunition carrier in dependence upon a submunition ejecting command; and wherein a second switch is actuatable by the first switch when the submunition-projectile has released itself from its carrier and has implemented a transition into a gliding flight phase searching for a target.
