A piston pump, in particular for a motor vehicle, includes a piston that is movably mounted in a housing. The piston pump further includes a linear actuator for moving the piston in a first direction. The piston pump further includes a return spring for moving the piston in a second direction. The end face of a first end of the piston delimits a first pressure chamber that is associated with a first hydraulic circuit. The end face of a second end of the piston delimits a second pressure chamber.

In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a valve body has a receiving region which at least partially accommodates a guide assembly, the valve armature running axially through at least one through-opening of the guide assembly. A mechanical detent device is formed between the guide assembly and the valve armature, the detent device releasing the valve armature when the latter is in a de-energised closed position, such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and pushes the closing element sealingly into the valve seat to produce a sealing function, and said detent device fixes the valve armature in a de-energised open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial detent position, such that the closing element is raised from the valve seat.

Solenoid valve and hydraulic braking system for a vehicle

In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a mechanical locking device is formed between a guide assembly and a valve armature or tappet. The mechanical locking device releases the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless closed position such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and presses the closing element into the valve seat to seal and fastens the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial locking position such that the closing element lifts from the valve seat. The valve armature includes a main-stage armature having a first surface to which pressure is applied and a preliminary-stage armature having a smaller, second surface to which pressure is applied. The preliminary-stage armature is mounted axially movably in the main-stage armature and interacts with a preliminary-stage seat by means of a preliminary-stage closing element.

A pump device, in particular for a brake system of a motor vehicle, includes two hydraulic chambers, a linear drive, and a pump piston. Each of the chambers has at least two fluid connections. The pump piston interacts with the chambers. The linear drive is embodied as a reluctance drive and includes a longitudinally movable armature, a housing-fastened stator that is configured to receive current, and at least one spring element. The at least one spring element is associated with the armature, and is configured to counteract a drive force of the reluctance drive. The armature is connected to the pump piston.

A pump housing arrangement of a hydraulic assembly for a vehicle brake system includes a pump housing. At least one pump is arranged in the pump housing, and is configured to pump brake fluid for the vehicle brake system. A linear drive, in particular for a piston pump, includes a first electromagnetic drive device, a second electromagnetic drive device, and a drive piston configured to be moved in an axial direction by the drive devices. The first drive device and the second drive device are each in the form of a reluctance drive device. The reluctance drive devices each have a stator with a stator coil that engages around the drive piston in a circumferential direction. The reluctance drive devices each also have a coil core with a coil receptacle, open in a radial direction toward the drive piston, for the coil winding. A piston pump arrangement includes the linear drive.

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve, a magnet core arranged in a fixed manner in the at least one sleeve, a magnet armature configured to actuate a valve element and arranged so as to be axially movable, and an elastically deformable flat spring element held in a clampable manner between a core end face of the magnet core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnet core. The spring element is configured to form at least one contact point with the armature end face and the core end face. The core end face defines a stepped configuration in a radial extent having at least two successive steps.

Electromagnetically actuated valve

A valve for a cold gas generator for an airbag in a vehicle includes: a valve chamber; a control chamber; a control piston; an overflow channel; a retaining element; and a shutoff element. The valve chamber includes an inlet from the cold gas generator and an outlet to the airbag. The control piston separates the control chamber and the valve chamber. The control piston is movable between an open position and a closed position, the control piston releasing the outlet in the open position and closing it in the closed position. The control piston has (i) a first active piston surface on the side of the valve chamber, and (ii) a second active piston surface on the side of the control chamber. The first piston surface is smaller than the second piston surface. The overflow channel fluidically connects the valve chamber and the control chamber to one another.

A valve of an accumulator device, which is formed by an accumulator cylinder and an accumulator piston guided therein, includes a valve sealing body. The valve sealing body is configured to selectively open and close a valve opening at a valve seat. The valve also includes an opening mechanism configured to selectively raise the valve sealing body from the valve seat. The opening mechanism is held by a spring element, and the spring element is formed by a punched and bent part.

Valve of a storage device having a spring element

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve and a magnet armature. A magnetic core is arranged in a stationary manner in the at least one sleeve. The magnet armature is configured to actuate a valve element and is axially movable. An elastically deformable spring element is clamped and retained between a core end face of the magnetic core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnetic core. The spring element forms at least one contact point in conjunction with the armature end face and the core end face. The contour of the spring element, the armature end face and/or the core end face are formed in the radial extent such that a radial position of the at least one contact point changes as a function of a distance of the armature end face from the core end face.

A valve assembly, in particular a solenoid valve, is disclosed. The valve assembly includes an at least two-part housing that has a first housing sleeve and a second housing sleeve, the housing sleeves being held against each other by compression of a fastening zone. The valve assembly further includes a valve receptacle in which the valve is inserted and by means of which a press-in ring positioned in the region of the fastening zone is held. The press-in ring rests radially against the first housing sleeve and axially against the second housing sleeve.

A hydraulically controlled storage chamber valve includes a closing element that is biased via a first compression spring. The closing element seals a valve seat in a valve body. A tappet protrudes through a bushing in the valve body and is movable by an accumulator piston that is loaded by a second compression spring that is configured to push the closing element out of the valve seat when a specified force ratio is present between spring bias forces and a hydraulically acting force. The tappet is fastened in a region of the bushing such that the tappet is movable in a longitudinal direction and lies flush with a face of the accumulator piston while moving.

A magnetic valve includes a valve body having a valve seat which can be closed by a sealing element, at least one outlet channel which leads into a fluid chamber of the magnetic valve, receiving the sealing element at least in parts, and a flow guiding element which surrounds the sealing element at least in parts. The sealing element is operatively connected to a magnet armature arranged in a magnet armature chamber embodied on one side of the flow guiding element facing away from the fluid chamber. The valve body and the flow guiding element together form at least one connection channel producing a fluidic connection between the fluid chamber and the magnet armature chamber.

The invention relates to a magnet valve having a valve body, in which at least one inlet conduit and/or at least one outlet conduit of the magnet valve is provided in at least some regions in the valve body. The inlet conduit and/or outlet conduit are in fluidic communication with a valve seat of the magnet valve. According to the invention in the valve body, a receptacle region is provided, in which an insert part having or embodying the inlet conduit and/or the outlet conduit in at least some regions is disposed. The invention further relates to a driver assistance system having such a magnet valve.

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.
