A hydrostatic machine comprises a shaft, a rotor arranged on a shaft for rotation and having radially extending opening, a plurality of pistons arranged in the radial openings and having ends extending outwardly beyond the openings, a displacement curve arranged so that the ends of the pistons slide on the curve, channels for communicating the openings with a pressure medium and including passages which open laterally at the rotor, and a device for compensating an axial thrust applied by a pressure medium to the rotor and including pressure medium-actuated additional pistons.

Hydrostatic machine

A container arrangement for supplying with an oil a hydraulic system and a transmission of a vehicle, the arrangement comprises an element containing a supply of an oil to be used both for a hydraulic system and a transmission of the vehicle, a lubricant pump for supplying the oil to the transmission, a hydraulic pump for supplying the oil to the hydraulic system, and an additional container located above an oil level in the element so that the hydraulic pump aspirates always filtered oil from the additional container for the hydraulic system.

Oil container arrangement for vehicles

A pump comprising a housing and two end covers receiving a drive shaft with an eccentric thereon and with a plurality of radial pistons displaceable in radial bores provided in the housing and biased by springs. An inlet passage and an outlet passage are provided in each bore receiving the radial piston. A sealing disc is inserted between the housing and one of the end covers. Sealed through openings for high pressure medium are provided in the sealing disc. The maximal feeding flow of the pressure medium is limited by throttled passages provided in the sealing disc. A pressure control valve is provided, which is connected to an inner chamber of the housing, accommodating the eccentric.

Disclosed is a control arrangement for a hydrostatic drive of the type having a power-driven adjustable pump, a pressure responsive setting cylinder coupled to the pump, a hydraulic motor connected via pressure conduits to the pump and a measuring motor coupled to the hydraulic motor to rotate with a proportional rotary speed. A supply pump is connected in a control circuit including the measuring motor and a nominal or desired value generator in the form of an adjustable throttle by means of which the desired rotary speed of the hydraulic motor is adjusted. Deviations between the actual and desired speeds produce a differential control flow which is fed to the setting cylinder which adjusts the position of an adjusting member of the pump for so long as until the deviation equals zero.

A hydraulic control arrangement for actuating a lifting mechanism of an agricultural machine has a hydraulic motor arranged to lift and lower at least one member of a lifting mechanism, a hydraulic pressure medium source, a directional control valve arranged to control the hydraulic motor, a structural element having a bending elasticity arranged so that forces transmitted from the lifting mechanism member in a machine housing are at least partially transmitted via the structural element and the latter is bent, and a hydromechanical transformer having two parts movable relative to one another and a hydraulic control circuit for controlling the directional control valve and arranged so that bending of the structural element is used by the transformer as an adjusting member, wherein the structural element is directly formed as these parts movable relative to one another and influencing in a pressure medium streams through the transformer, and the parts include a first part which is hollow, has bending elasticity and is exposed to the bending forces, and a second part which does not have bending elasticity, is not exposed to the bending forces and is received in the first part, and the second part is fixedly connected in at least one point with the first part and has a free end which is spaced from this point and forms an adjustable throttling point of the transformer.

A pressure valve for heating a pressure medium and maintaining its temperature constant, has a control slider provided with a throttle, a pilot valve influencing a position of the control slider and having a spring-loaded valve member and a valve seat, a thermosensor arranged to sense the pressure medium and to determine throttling of the latter, wherein the thermosensor controls an electromagnet acting upon the pilot valve, and the spring of the pilot valve in the opened position of the valve member is at least partially pretensioned, and upon actuation of the electromagnet and assuming by the valve member the closed position the spring is tensioned to a value corresponding an opening pressure.
