A transferring assembly for displacing products conveyed by a conveying system from a primary feed direction to a secondary direction, includes: a plurality of transferring units arranged adjacent in the cross direction and adapted to form a conveying plane; each transferring unit including at least one conveying element that rotates around an axis of transversal rotation; at least one activating device of the rotation of the at least one conveying element to drive the angular rotation of the axis of transversal rotation with respect to an axis substantially orthogonal to the primary direction and the axis of transversal rotation. Each transversal rotation axis of each transferring unit is adapted to angularly rotate, with respect to an axis substantially orthogonal to the primary direction and to the axis of transversal rotation driven by the activating device, independently with respect to the transversal rotation axis of the transversally adjacent transferring unit.

Transferring assembly for conveying systems

A conveying system line includes a supporting frame extending substantially parallel with a system feeding direction; a plurality of driving elements supported by the supporting frame; a motor for driving at least one portion of the plurality of driving elements; a drive assembly to transfer the motion from the motor to the at least one portion of the plurality of driving elements; a control and power ASi system; a main ASi-controller; and a secondary ASi-controller, the main ASi-controller communicating with secondary main ASi-controllers through an AS-interface cable, the main ASi-controller including a main ASi-box, and the secondary ASi-controller including a secondary ASi-box, the main and secondary ASi-boxes having at least one first corresponding transversal coupling dimension, the supporting frame including a housing compartment adapted to house the main and secondary ASi-boxes.

A conveying system includes: two axially spaced supporting tubular frames extending substantially parallel in the conveying direction (F) of the conveying system; at least one plurality of driving rollers and/or wheels; at least one plurality of supporting shafts, each adapted to be engaged in at least one of the supporting tubular frames to support at least one driving roller and/or at least one driving wheel; at least one first supporting bearing () for each supporting shaft. The conveying system () further includes at least one housing () for the at least one first supporting bearing (). The housing includes fastening elements () to removably fasten the housing () and bearing () held therein within at least one supporting tubular frame.

Roller-way conveyor

A conveying system is provided that includes two axially spaced supporting frames extending substantially parallel in the conveying direction of the conveying system, at least one roller, at least one supporting shaft, each supporting shaft configured to be engaged in at least one of the supporting tubular frames to support the at least one driving roller, and at least one first supporting bearing for each supporting shaft. Each roller includes at least one roller body extending around a rotation axis X-X, at least one engaging seat for the at least one supporting shaft, placed concentrically to the roller body, and at least first removably coupling elements for a second roller, a cover or a spacer.
