A receiving arrangement is suggested for a hard roof, particularly for a hardtop of a motor vehicle, which is arranged on a movable stand. The movable stand has a carrying device formed of struts which has at least four bearing receiving devices for the hardtop. These bearing receiving devices are arranged to correspond to locks and push-in tongues of the hardtop. The carrying device, together with the bearing receiving devices, is constructed to be separable from the stand and forms a separate, locally fastenable carrying device. Furthermore, it is provided that the stand can be adjusted into a horizontal working position, for which a supporting tube is used which can be supported on the basic stand.

A removable hardtop for an automobile has a rear window and can be secured to the adjoining body via releasable latches. To stiffen the hardtop in the transverse direction, the hardtop is provided with a parcel shelf below the rear window. The shelf joins at least the two lengthwise side parts of the hardtop with one another.

A wind deflection device for a convertible comprises a first upright part which interacts by way of hinges with a second approximately horizontal part. According to the invention, the first part is formed by a flexible net mounted in a frame, whereas the second part is constructed as a plate-shaped covering which in the in use position blocks visibility of a luggage space.

A convertible has a stationary rollover bar on which a wind deflecting device can be fixed. In order to ensure, on the one hand, a good operation of the rollover bar and the wind deflecting device and, on the other hand, to not negatively influence the stylistic overall appearance of an open vehicle as a result of the rollover bar and the wind deflecting device, it is provided that the rollover bar comprises a tube section which extends approximately at the level of the belt line and in the transverse direction of the vehicle, bar sections which project upwards in laterally exterior areas leading away from the tube section. The wind deflecting device is composed of a center part and two lateral parts, the lateral part being inserted into the openings of the bar sections and the center part being inserted into the cutout of the rollover bar bounded by the bar sections and the transversely extending tube section.

A wind protector for a passenger vehicle with a rearwardly folding top can be displaced from an inoperative position to an operative position and vice versa. For increasing the operating comfort, it is provided that the wind protector is coupled with the top via a control device in such a manner that, when the top is folded rearward into the rearward-side deposited position, the wind protector is automatically moved into its operative position.
