An offshore wind power station has a floatable foundation that can be sunk by flooding a hollow chamber, and a superstructure on which functional units of the station are arranged. The foundation includes a base that projects from the water surface in the sunk state of the foundation and on which the superstructure can be mounted. A floodable floating device surrounds the base in the shape of a ring. In a method for building an offshore station a floatable foundation is prefabricated in a harbor zone, is towed to a mounting location and sunk, whereupon the station is completed with a superstructure and functional units at the mounting location.

The invention relates to a solid track comprising a concrete strip on a supporting structure that consists of individual, successively arranged segments () and comprising rails () for a rail-guided vehicle that are located on the concrete strip. The concrete strip is continuous and spans the individual segments () and an anti-friction layer () is located between the concrete strip and the segments (). The solid track according to the invention is characterized in that the concrete strip is a profiled concrete strip (), in which the course of the solid track in terms of curvature and lateral inclination are reflected and in that in the region of adjacent end faces () of two neighboring segments (), the track is equipped with a device () that spans both end faces () and absorbs any alteration in the position of the adjacent end faces (). This prevents the forces acting on the profiled concrete strip () from having a critical effect and does not impair the action of the anti-friction layer ().

A trackway for guiding rail-bound vehicles is disclosed that includes a plurality of pre-fabricated concrete slabs firmly attached to one another, wherein each of the concrete slabs includes positioning and connecting elements. At least one groove is formed in each of the concrete slabs and at least one elastic sleeve is configured to fit within the groove(s) of several of the concrete slabs. A plurality of rails are configured to fit within the elastic sleeve(s), wherein the length of one of the rails is longer than the length of one of the concrete slabs.

A track carrier for a railborne vehicle, especially a magnetic suspended railway comprises a concreted plate () projecting laterally from the carrier (). Stators () are arranged at the two lateral ends of the plate () on the bottom of the plate (), lateral guide rails () are arranged on the lateral surfaces of the plate (), and glide strips () are arranged on the top side of the plate () for driving and guiding the vehicle. Hardenable, especially concreted, positionally correct contact surfaces () for the lateral guide rails () and/or for the stators () and/or for the glide strips () are formed on the carrier (), and the lateral guide rails () and/or the stators () and/or the glide strips () are detachably arranged on, especially screwed to the contact surfaces () provided for them.

The invention relates to a method for the precise positioning of a carrier () for the track of a railborne vehicle, especially a magnetic levitation railway. Said carrier comprises a track plate () provided with guiding elements for the vehicle, and at least one, preferably two, connecting elements () which protrude essentially at a right angle from the track plate. The carrier is discretely mounted on a bed (). The carrier and a compensation sleeper () are separately produced, and the carrier, compensation sleeper (), and bed are then interconnected. A fine adjustment of the pre-determined spatial curve of the carrier is carried out between the carrier and the compensation sleeper and/or between the compensation sleeper and the bed. The invention also relates to a track of a railborne vehicle, especially a magnetic levitation railway, comprising a carrier provided with a track plate having guiding elements for the vehicle, and at least one, preferably two connecting elements which protrude essentially at a right angle from the track plate, said carrier being discretely mounted on a bed. A compensation sleeper is arranged as an autonomous component between the carrier and the bed. Said carrier is connected to the compensation sleeper by means of the connecting sections, and the compensation sleeper is connected to the bed.

Method for the precise positioning of a carrier for a track, and corresponding track

The invention relates to a pre-assembled plate consisting of armored concrete, especially for the use as a component of a solid roadway for high-speed means of transport. At least two steel rods extending in the longitudinal direction of the pre-assembled plate of armored concrete () and protruding over the concrete surface thereof on the front face () are provided. The pre-assembled plate () is provided with at least one, preferably several, predetermined breaking points () which extends crosswise in relation to the steel rods (). The steel rod () is anchored in the area between the front face () of the pre-assembled plate () and the first predetermined breaking point () respectively and is mounted in the direction towards the respective front face () in the longitudinal direction thereof in an essentially freely moveable manner. According to a method for producing a plate composite structure of pre-assembled plates of armored concrete (), the pre-assembled plate () is placed and exactly positioned. A casting compound () is underpoured under the exactly positioned pre-assembled plate. The pre-assembled plate () is connected to the adjacent pre-assembled plate () by casting the joint and connecting the steel rods () after the casting compound () has hardened.

A rigid track consisting of concrete, in particular pre-cast components, comprising a slab with traversing fixing elements, or a plurality of fixing elements arranged thereon, of rails for track-borne vehicles. The inventive rigid track is characterized by a pre-cast concrete component constituting a protuberance that is positioned on the slab, parallel to at least one rail and located on at least one side of the rail. The protuberance acts as a guard and a guide for the vehicle during derailment.

A method for producing a beam for a travel way in a track vehicle system includes fabricating the beam at a production facility with dimensions corresponding to erected dimensions the beam will have at its construction site, or within a predetermined deviation from the erected dimensions. The beam is positioned in the position it will have in its erected state in the travel way at the construction site. Positions for connection points are measured and defined on the beam for appurtenances so that such appurtenances and functional surfaces will have a desired relative position on the beam in its erected state at the construction site. The connection points are reworked by adding or removing material as required so that upon mounting the appurtenances to the beam at the connection points, the appurtenances and functional surfaces will have the desired relative position on the beam at the construction site.

Method for production of a connector point on a travel way

A beam for a railway track guided vehicle system configured to be supported at spatial intervals on piers includes an upper flange disposed along a longitudinal length of the beam. The upper flange has opposite laterally outward portions configured for receipt of functional elements for guidance of a track vehicle. Opposite side webs extend downwardly from the upper flange along the longitudinal length of the support. A lower flange is disposed at ends of the webs opposite from the upper flange and is disposed longitudinally along the length of the support. The beam includes a uniform cross-sectional shape along a longitudinal length thereof so as to generate favorable air flow conditions for the track guided vehicle. The lower flange has a lateral dimension so as to essentially cover an underlying pier. In this way, the pier does not cause air flow disturbances to the track guided vehicle.
