One-piece sliding block consisting of plastic, in particular for locking tongues of fittings, comprising a base portion, wall portions and a cover portion, wherein the cover portion overlaps a subregion of the base portion so as to form an insert opening for a component that can be operatively connected to the cover portion, and wherein latching means which are moulded onto the cover portion are provided in the region of the sliding block.

Sliding block

A cage nut including a nut arranged in a cage. The cage has a base which has a round hole from which two opposing side parts ascend, each side part carrying a supporting portion facing outward. The cage and the nut have diametrically opposed projections which are shaped in such a way that, in a determined rotational position, when the nut is arranged in the cage it can be partially inserted axially into a non-round, preferably square opening in a thin wall, if necessary after compressing the side parts, whereupon the screw can be screwed into the nut.

Cage nut

A snap connector for rapid mounting of fittings in a rectangular hole in a thin wall. The snap connector includes a head part to be arranged on an outer side of the thin wall. A body part penetrates the hole when mounted. Separate retaining elements protrude from said body part, and the free end of the retaining elements is provided with a first oblique face for trap-like holding and a second oblique face for play-free supporting of the body part on or against the rim or edge of the hole in the other, inner side of the thin wall. The retaining element is a slide that is guided by walls of a channel of substantially rectangular cross-section which is formed by the body part and has opposite walls. The walls have reinforcing ribs, transverse to the channel axis, on the outer wall face facing away from the channel.

Snap connector

The innovation relates to a passenger boarding bridge which contains at least one stationary segment and at least one movable segment, in particular a plurality of segments movable relative to one another, wherein each segment has wall, floor and roof elements, and, in the transition region of individual segments, transition element, which are possibly extending at an angle, are provided on the floor side, characterized in that safely elements formed in the manner of railings are provided in wall-side sections of the wall elements of the segments and are positioned on the wall-side sections of the individual segments in such a way that a relative movement of the segments with respect to one another can be carried out unimpeded.

Passenger boarding bridge

A hinge system is described having at least one first hinge leaf with a single bore, suitable for fixing in an elongated opening or a row of openings in a thin wall, such as a door leaf or door frame of a metal cabinet or housing, wherein the first hinge leaf comes to lie against the margins of the breakthrough or the row of breakthroughs on one side of the thin and with a plate which comes to lie against the margins of the breakthrough or the breakthroughs on the other side of the thin wall, and with a screwed connection which presses together the two surfaces lying on the marginal surfaces, wherein, in the region of the breakthrough, projections extend from the hinge leaf or the plate which extend into or through the breakthroughs, wherein recesses are formed in the plate or the hinge leaf to receive the projections, wherein the projections are guided by the surfaces of the inner edges of the breakthroughs, wherein the threaded bore for the free end of screw passed through a projection provided with a bore.

Hinge system

An LED ring or light guide for a mechanical or mechatronic closure system that includes an actuating means, such as socket wrench receptacle or swivel handle, which is rotatably supported in a housing or tray. The LED ring or light guide also includes a retaining nut or bearing piece that can be screwed on with the housing or with the tray with the intermediary of a thin wall such as door panel of a sheet-metal cabinet or sheet-metal housing. A light ring surrounds a flange of the housing or of the tray, and a flexible foil is arranged between light ring and thin wall. The flexible foil carries light emitting diodes (LEDs) and relays the light thereof. A closure indicator integrated in the actuating means is achieved in this way.

A rod guide for guiding lock rods at sheet metal cabinet doors or the like, including a carrier which can be fixed on the inner surface of the door leaf, and a guide element which can be mounted on the carrier. The guide element forms a housing and has a guide surface having an adjustable distance from the inner surface of the door leaf when the rod is assembled. The carrier is a stud bolt or welded stud with a circumferential thread, onto which stud bolt an adjusting screw or adjusting nut is screwed or can be screwed. The adjusting screw or the adjusting nut is rotatably supported in the housing or guide element. The adjusting screw or adjusting nut has a circumferential surface for turning the adjusting screw or adjusting nut manually, which circumferential surface is accessible from the outside and is roughened or knurled or edged.

Rod guide

An articulated adjusting foot including a base plate having a receiving space on the side of the plate remote of the floor and which has the geometry of a partial ball, preferably with dimensions slightly exceeding a hemisphere, further having a threaded rod which has at its one end a partial ball that can be inserted into the receiving space. The partial ball of the threaded rod can be fittingly received in the receiving space. The threaded rod is a conventional screw bolt with hexagon head. The ball, which can be inserted into the receiving space, is formed of two parts, e.g., halves (half-shells), which can be inserted one into the other and which enclose the hexagon head in a torsionally rigid manner. The geometry of the partial balls of the threaded rod exceeds that of the receiving space axially in direction of the threaded shaft.

Articulated leveling foot for machines or devices

A hinge for unhingeable sheet-metal cabinet doors. A first hinge part, to be fastened to the door frame, has a bore hole or roll at a free end, through which a hinge pin extends. A second, U-shaped hinge part is connected to the door and surrounds the exposed end areas of the hinge pin in the mounted position. The U-shaped hinge part surrounds the first hinge part with first U-legs. The U-shaped hinge part includes a top part arranged in a bottom part. The top part has the shape of a U-shaped slide, with second U-legs, arranged to be displaceable between two end positions parallel to the extension of the first U-legs. The ends of the second U-legs close a lateral outlet opening for the hinge pin end in one end position, and expose the opening, through which the hinge pin end passes laterally, in the other end position.

Golf putter

A fastening device for installing a fitting or a holding clamp in a hole in a thin wall. The fastening device includes a head area with fitting parts attached thereto for clamping or enclosing a portion of the fitting or holding clamp between the head and the thin wall. The fastening device also includes a body area that proceeds from the head area and penetrates the hole in an installed condition. Proceeding from the end of the body area are two spring legs which are directed rearward toward the thin wall, and which are supported by sloping foot-like ends on two diametrically opposite, parallel edges of the hole. The fastening device forms guide strips which protrude laterally from the body area, and which are guided into suitable notches (between the opposite edges of the hole in the thin wall.

A pin for a hinge or articulated connection comprising two articulated pieces or hinge leaves having in each instance a receiving space for the pin such as an articulated pin or hinge pin, which receiving space is oriented coaxial to the joint axis or hinge axis, wherein the articulated pin or hinge pin is formed of two parts, and wherein the inner end of the one pin part can be connected to the inner end of the other pin part by means of toothed engagement, hooking engagement or clipping engagement.

The description relates to a snap fastening for mounting fittings such as socket wrench latches, swivel lever latches, hinge parts, handles, fixing brackets for door stops or flap supports in openings in a thin wall, comprising a head part which is to be arranged on one, outer side of the thin wall and which overlaps the outer rim of the opening, and a body part which proceeds from the head part and projects through the opening in the mounted position, and holding elements which project from the body part and are flexible in direction of its outer surface against spring force, the free end of these holding elements being provided with an inclined surface for supporting the body part without play on the rim or edge of the opening of the other, inner side of the thin wall, wherein the body part and holding element and the spring generating the spring force are separate parts.

Clip fixing element for the assembly of fixture devices such as locks, hinge parts and handles in openings in a thin wall

A rotary latch closure comprising a housing with an actuating shaft which is mounted so as to be rotatable, but axially fixed therein. The rotary latch closure has, at its free end, a circumferential thread, at least one axially oriented flattened portion, and a rotary latch configured to be fitted to the free end of the shaft so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it in at least one rotational position and which is axially supported on a nut which can be screwed onto the circumferential thread. The nut is enclosed by a cage forming a laterally accessible space that is bounded by two walls, each of the two walls having a prismatic opening, wherein the opening allows the shaft to be slid through in a torsionally rigid manner.

Rotary lever lock

A snap fastener which secures a first thin wall with a through-opening. A base part includes a plate which overlaps the longitudinal edges of the through-opening. A head part is provided as a housing with fastening projections such as fastening cams or leaf spring devices having flexible fastening surfaces. The housing is snapped into the through-opening so that it grips only the first thin wall. Unlocking devices are provided in the housing, via which the push elements can be pulled back into the housing from the front, and the housing can be disengaged from the other thin wall (e.g., a wall support). The dimensions between (1) the holding area of the fastening projections and the push members, and (2) the supporting plane of the base part are selected in such a way that, when the push elements are pulled back, the fastening projections lie on the front panel with clearance.
