A capsule for mixing and dispensing a dental material which has a capsule body and a cavity extending into the capsule body. The cavity is closed by a liquid container. The liquid container has a cartridge forming a channel that extends between a front opening and a rear opening of the cartridge. Further the cartridge has a front foil closing the front opening and a rear foil closing the rear opening. The front foil is attached at the cartridge along a closed path circumferentially around the front opening. The front foil and the cartridge in at least a partial area of the circumferential path are separably sealed with each other, thus defining an openable valve through that path. The capsule has further a piston received in the channel of the cartridge and arranged such that the liquid is enclosed in the cartridge between the front foil and the piston. The capsule facilitates the preparation of a two-component dental material.

Capsule for mixing and dispensing a dental material

A device for dispensing a dental material comprises first compartment and the second compartment formed between interconnected sheet-like layers. The compartments encapsulate a first flowable component and a second flowable component of the dental material. The device has a first seal and a second seal for sealing the first compartment and the second compartment in the device. Each seal is adapted to automatically open in consequence of forcing a component of the dental material toward the seal. The capacity of the first compartment and the second compartment relative to each other is dimensioned such that squeezing out the first component from the first compartment by compressing the first compartment causes the first seal and the second seal to open. The device preferably allows easy and quick activation for use of the stored components.

Device for dispensing a dental material and method of dispensing

A package for a dental material comprises a compartment for holding a first substance of the dental material and an open reservoir at least partially formed by a wall of the package. The package is adapted such that the compartment and the reservoir are connectable for fluid communication. The reservoir accommodates a second substance of the dental material retained at a surface of the reservoir wall. The package preferably enables easy mixing of the dental material from the first and second substance, thus preferably facilitate a preparation and use of the dental material.

Package for a dental material and a method of manufacturing the package

The present invention is related to a device for providing a dental material. The device has first and second compartments formed between sheet-like layers, and first and second dispensing outlets for the first and second compartments, respectively. For use, the device can be positioned with the compartments overlapping each other and with the dispensing outlets located side by side. The invention may provide a rather inexpensive device which may help a user in a convenient preparation of a dental material.

Dental package, and method of making the package

The present invention is directed to a package assembly for placing it on a surface and for storing and/or delivering substances, preferably dental substances, comprising: at least one container with at least one base and at least one lid; and at least one hinge connecting the base and the lid; wherein the base and the lid comprise at least a first and second lever; the first and second levers are provided at the container essentially on the side of the hinge and; a projection of the first lever onto the surface and the second lever extend with their free ends essentially in a direction away from the hinge; and wherein the container can be opened or the lid can be removed from the base by moving the ends of the first and second lever towards to each other. The invention is further directed to a method for providing dental substances, a kit with an assembly, as well as the use of an assembly and a method for storing and/or delivering dental substances.

Package assembly for dental substances

The present invention relates to a device for storing and dispensing a flowable substance. The device comprises a container comprising a base member and a cover member being sealingly connected with each other along the circumference of the container, a compartment for receiving the substance, and an open ended pocket area into which the substance is transferable from the compartment, and a cannula having an internal passageway being in fluid communication with the pocket for dispensing the substance.

Device for storing and dispensing a flowable substance

A device for storing and dispensing substances, preferably small quantities of liquids, including a container formed by two sheets, interconnected by hot sealing and cooperating to form a compartment for receiving the liquid and a pocket for receiving a brush. In the area between the compartment and the pocket, the connection between the sheets includes a pre-defined break zone which can be released by pressure exerted on the compartment, to force the liquid from the compartment into the pocket and wet the tip of the brush disposed therein.
