A pedal force simulator device includes: a pressure piston actuatable by a brake pedal and axially moveably mounted in a housing; and at least two disk spring stacks connected in series, each disk spring stack having at least two disk springs, at least two of the disk spring stacks having different spring constants, and the disk spring stacks being situated in the housing between an end face of the pressure piston and an axial stop of the housing. At least one of the disk spring stacks includes an axial receiving recess, in which a spring element, which can be elastically deformed by the pressure piston, is situated, one end of the spring element being supported on the pressure piston and the other end being supported on one of the disk spring stacks.

Pedal force simulator device

A brake fluid container system for fastening on the upper side of the valve block of the braking system, the block including a rear side, a conducting side and a front side in the longitudinal installation direction of the block in the engine space of the vehicle. On its rear corner, the upper side of the container includes a transverse axle, and in the longitudinal distance equal to the distance of the front and rear sides of the block, the underside supports a fastening tab. On its rear wall, the block includes a transverse bracket for accommodating the axle of the container, and on the front side, a fastening point for the fastening tab of the container.

A hydraulic block for a hydraulic unit of a brake controller of a hydraulic vehicle brake system is configured to fit with hydraulic components such as solenoid valves of the brake controller. The hydraulic block is manufactured by 3D printing, which enables considerably more complex line routing than manufacture by machining.
