A turbomachine inner housing for a radial turbomachine, wherein the turbomachine inner housing includes a partial joint along a longitudinal axis, in particular a rotor longitudinal axis, such that the turbomachine inner housing can be divided into a lower part and an upper part, wherein the turbomachine inner housing is designed for a radial turbomachine with at least two stages, wherein the turbomachine inner housing has a return stage in each case between two stages, wherein the lower part and/or the upper part is designed in one piece so as to span at least two stages at least in sections. In order to improve a turbomachine inner housing of this kind, the lower part and/or the upper part is designed in one piece so as span at least two stages at least in sections.

Turbomachine inner housing

A single-shaft turbo compressor having a rotor extending along an axis, an outer housing, static flow fittings, bearings for supporting the rotor, and at least one first shaft seal, wherein the rotor has a shaft and an impeller arranged on the shaft, wherein the static flow fittings have supply elements, intermediate elements and discharge elements, and wherein the outer housing has a casing part that is open at the end on both sides. A first cover of the outer housing is connected to a first shaft seal, wherein supply lines and discharge lines of the first shaft seal are provided extending through the first cover into a wall thickness of the casing part adjacent to the first cover.

Single-shaft turbo compressor

An arrangement having an annular seal extending about a machine axis, and a vessel for sealing an L-shaped gap extending along a circumferential direction between a main vessel body and a cover is provided. A radial section of the gap extends in the radial direction and circumferential direction, and an axial segment extends in the axial direction and the circumferential direction. A sealing chamber is provided in the region where the radial segment and the axial segment intersect, the chamber expanded radially and axially relative to the adjacent gap segments. A seal is disposed in the sealing chamber, and a greater pressure is present in the radial segment than in the axial segment, the pressure differential sealed by means of the seal. The seal includes a support ring disposed radially inward made of a first material, and a jacket element made of a second material.
