A fuel injector for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines has an excitable actuator for activating a valve closing element, which forms a sealing seat together with a valve face implemented on a valve seat element. Multiple spray-discharge openings are implemented in the valve seat element downstream from the valve face. The fuel injector is distinguished in that the spray-discharge openings include at least one upstream first spray-discharge opening section and one downstream second spray-discharge opening section having a different opening width and a wall area of the second spray-discharge opening section of all spray-discharge openings on a semi-circle runs either parallel or at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the valve seat element having the spray-discharge openings. The valve seat element is manufactured using metal injection molding methods.

Magnetic actuator includes a pole body having at least one magnetic region and at least one nonmagnetic region, the nonmagnetic region providing a magnetic isolation of the magnetic region. The pole body is developed as a one-piece component, and the magnetic regions and the nonmagnetic regions of the pole body are connected in a continuous material manner, using a two-component metal powder injection molding process.

Magnetic actuator

A solenoid armature for a solenoid actuator, including at least one magnetic region and at least one non-magnetic region, the solenoid armature being configured as a one-piece component having a first and second armature end face, the magnetic and non-magnetic regions being integrally bonded to each other by a two-component powder injection molding technique, and the magnetic region and the non-magnetic region extending in the axial direction at least as far as the first armature end face.

An injection valve for fuel-injection systems has a valve-seat support, a valve needle, a solenoid and a connection piece having a filter, to convey the fuel. Valve opening and valve seat are formed on the one-piece valve-seat support itself, which additionally guides the valve needle so as to be axially displaceable; solenoid coil and connector plug are combined in a separate, plastic-extrusion-coated coil part, the magnetic cup is placed over the coil part, and the connection piece is formed as separate plastic-injection-molded part having an integrated filter. Joining and sealing points between the connection piece on the one side and the coil part, magnetic cup and/or valve-seat support on the other side are bonded.

Injection valve

A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines has a solenoid coil; a valve needle that is mechanically linked to the solenoid coil and acted upon by a restoring spring in a closing direction, in order to actuate a valve-closure member which, together with a valve-seat face, forms a sealing seat; and a sleeve, which prestresses the restoring spring. The sleeve is integrally formed with a filter element to form a one-part, deep-drawn filter sleeve, which has through-flow openings for filtering the fuel flowing through the fuel injector.

A fuel injector comprises a magnet coil which coacts with an armature that is impinged upon by a return spring and is configured together with a valve needle, a valve closure member that, with a valve seat element, forms a sealing seat being configured on the valve needle; and comprises at least one contact lug that is conductively connected to the magnet coil. A metal hollow body forms an inlet-side extension of the fuel injector, a connector plug having a contact lug being attachable onto the metal hollow body in such a way that the contact lug of the connector plug can be brought into conductive connection with the contact lug () of the magnet coil.

Fuel injection valve

A method is described for manufacturing a magnet coil for a valve in which first a metal base element of the valve is made available, then an electrically insulating winding support is mounted on the outer wall of the base element, and lastly a winding of the magnet coil is introduced into the winding support. Such a configuration of a magnet coil is suitable particularly in fuel injection valves which are used in mixture-compressing, spark-ignited internal combustion engines, but also in all other solenoid valves.

Method for producing a magnetic coil for a valve and valve with a magnetic coil

A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines in which a guide disk is provided upstream of a valve seat, the guide disk fulfilling several functions. In addition to guiding an axially movable valve needle, the guide disk takes on a flow-through function for the fuel. To this end, a passage hole having alternating guide regions and flow regions over its outer circumference is provided in the guide disk, the opening width of the passage hole defined by the guide regions being smaller than the opening width defined by the flow regions. The fuel injector is particularly suitable for use in fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

A fuel injection valve has a valve seat element having a fixed valve seat. A valve closure element coacts with the valve seat to open and close the valve. The valve seat element possesses an outer enveloping surface that is equipped with a coating made of a material other than the material of the valve seat element, or with an adhesive, by way of which a hydraulically sealed join can be achieved between the valve seat element and a valve seat support that receives the valve seat element. The fuel injection valve is suitable in particular for use in fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing spark-ignited internal combustion engines.

A fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines includes two preassembled, independent assemblies. A functional part includes an electromagnetic circuit and a sealing valve, while a connection part is formed mainly by a hydraulic connection and an electrical connection. In the ready-mounted injector, electrical connecting elements and hydraulic connecting elements of both assemblies cooperate, thus ensuring a reliable electrical and hydraulic connection An extrusion coat in the interconnection region provides mechanical joining of both assemblies, great stability of the valve and sufficient imperviousness.
