The invention relates to a plug module () for being received in an attachment component (), which must be contacted at least electrically, particularly a fuel injector for installation in the cylinder head region of an internal combustion engine. Said engine is supplied with fuel via a fuel injection system, which has a low-pressure region. The plug module is a combined plug module (), which has a first plug part () for electrical contacting and a replaceable return component () for a fluid to be removed from the attachment component ().

The invention relates to a plastic molded pipe, in particular for fuel-conducting return lines in injection systems for internal combustion engines. The plastic molded pipe has an inner pipe and an outer encapsulation made of a plastic material with connectors for additional components of the fuel injection system. The inner pipe is embodied as a plastic inner pipe with at least one bend.

The invention relates to a fuel injector for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber, having a solenoid valve for controlling a mini-servo valve. A movable armature can be placed in a sealing fashion on a valve seat in a lower armature chamber, wherein in addition, the mini-servo valve is held in an injector body and seals a control line against a flat seat. By means of the flat seat, during an actuation of the solenoid valve, the control line can be relieved of pressure from a high fuel pressure to a return pressure into at least one return line. A mechanism for reducing pressure oscillations are provided in the at least one return line, which includes at least one diaphragm cell which is held in a recess and which is placed in fluidic connection with the at least one return bore. A fuel injector with the mechanism for reducing pressure oscillations is therefore created in the at least one return line which operates without a leakage flow and has a simple and effective function.

The invention relates to a fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines with a pump plunger (18), a drive shaft (11) for the actuation of the pump plunger (18) and a rotational-angle sensor (30) for detecting the angular position of the drive shaft (11), the pulse generator of which is designed as a generator wheel (32) seated firmly in terms of rotation on the drive shaft (11) and the pulse pick-up (31) of which is held on a carrier ring (35) seated rotatably on the drive shaft (11). For the purpose of narrowly toleranced exact association of the pulse generator wheel (32) and the pulse pick-up (31) both in the radial and in the axial direction, the pulse pick-up (31) is accommodated in a sensor housing (40) and this housing is fixed positively and frictionally on the carrier ring (35) by means of plug-in elements. Formed on the sensor housing (40) are sliding surfaces (41, 42), which rest on opposite sides of the pulse generator wheel (32), and a stop surface (46) which corresponds in the radial direction to a stop surface on the carrier ring (35) (FIG. 8).

A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines has a pump housing, at least one pump piston which is rotatable and reciprocatingly movable, a cam drive which rotates and reciprocatingly moves the pump piston and includes a stationary part and a rotatable part, a fixing element which determines a rotary position of the stationary part and also radially engages the stationary part and is fixed tangentially to the stationary part, a valve operative for loading a pump working chamber limited by the pump piston during a feed stroke of the pump piston for controlling an injection-active pump piston stroke, and a mounting element which releasably mounts the fixing element on an inner side of a part of the pump housing.

A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines comprises a suction space, a fuel duct, an electrically actuated valve controlling the fuel duct, a fuel supply tank, a distributor having a distributing opening, a plurality of pressure ducts connectable with injection locations of an internal combustion engine via injection lines, a pump plunger which defines a pump work space connectable with the suction space during a suction stroke and during a control portion of the delivery stroke of the pump plunger via the fuel duct, while fuel is delivered from the fuel supply tank to the suction space connectable during a respective delivery stroke of the pump plunger via the distributor opening with one of the plurality of pressure ducts. The valve has a closing phase which determines a high pressure fuel delivery into the injection lines, a fuel return, and a bypass line is provided to a fuel return and branches from the fuel duct between the suction space and the valve.

A fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines having an electromagnetic final control element, which in order to adjust the end or onset of injection engages a control slide, located in the pump interior. Via a control shaft, the final control element chamber is hermetically sealed off from the pump interior in order to keep water contained in the fuel from reaching current-carrying parts of the final control element. As a result, fluid communication exists only via the bearing gap of the slide bearing of the control shaft and the bearing gap functions as a throttle. The throttle forms a water separator, which further reduces the concentration of water in the already small quantity of fuel reaching the final control element chamber through the throttle.

A fuel injection pump of the distributor type in which to attain low injection rates in the idling range, longitudinal slits or longitudinal conduits are provided in the jacket face of the pump piston in accordance with the number of supply strokes of the pump piston. The slits or conduits are in continuous communication with an annular groove and the adjoining annular slide which is the quantity adjusting device of the fuel injection pump. The slits on conduits come in turn into communication with a control opening during the supply stroke of the pump piston via which opening the pump work chamber can be relieved whenever in the course of the pump piston stroke movement a second outlet opening of a relief conduit extending in the pump piston and communicating with the pump work chamber, comes into communication with the annular groove. From this point on, in order to attain quiet idling of the engine, the supply rate of the pump piston is reduced by the outflow rate, determined by a throttle of the pumped fuel into the suction chamber. By rotating the annular slide relative to the pump piston, the control opening can be moved out of the operating range of the longitudinal conduits and the quiet-idle device is shut off.

An adjusting device for a fuel injection pump having a plug connection for connection with a control unit. In order to attain sealing off of the plug connection in the vicinity of its passageway through a cap of the housing, the plug connection is connected to a substrate secured in the housing, which substrate has a bushing-like extension passing sealingly through an opening in the cap, and contact pins and conductors are embedded in the substrate.
