A multipole connecting terminal for electrical conductors is described, which consists of a receptacle block (10) and a contact block (12). The receptacle block (10) has receiving channels (14.1, 14.2) arranged in two rows for the conductors (15). A distribution panel, especially for data transmission networks, is described with a shaped rail, with jacks attached to the shaped rail, the plug receptacles of the jacks being arranged on the front next to one another, and with mounting tabs for cables guided along the rear to the jacks. The shaped rail has a receiving groove along its rear longitudinal edge. A support extending essentially over the entire length of the shaped rail can thus be inserted into this groove and attached to the shaped rail in such a way that the top surface of the support plate is in a plane essentially parallel to the shaped rail. The support plate has mounting tabs for the cables.

Connector box for shielded cables comprising upper and lower base parts and a printed board held between the upper and lower base parts. There is at least one jack and a terminal connector mounted on the printed board are conductively connected to each other by way of the printed board. The connector box is characterized in that the lower base part and upper base part form a housing and are die cast metal parts, and wherein the upper base part is seated by its peripheral edge on the lower base part in an electrically conductive manner. The housing encloses and shields at least the jack and a portion of the printed board. A structure is provided for holding the shielding of a cable on one of the base parts in electrically conductive contact therewith.

Multi-terminal connector assembly comprising a housing made of plastic, a first row of terminals insertable side-by-side into the housing for the introduction and connection of lead wires and a second row of terminal insertable side-by-side into the housing. The second row of terminals is arranged in a stair-like manner above and behind the row in the direction of insertion. Terminal pins are provided for the terminals, projecting from the base of the housing in two rows offset from each other in the insertion direction. The housing having a base parallel to the rows of terminals and to the insertion direction. The housing is designed as a single piece whereby the terminals of the first row can be introduced into the housing from the front in the insertion direction and wherein the terminals of the second row can be introduced into the housing from the rear in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. The terminal pins of the terminals of the second row are held in position in terminal holders of the housing.

A terminal block is described in which each pole comprises a screw clamp (12, 14, 16) with a conductor protection element (20, 24) and a plug contact (18). The contact blades (26, 28) of the plug contact (18) are formed in each instance as a one-piece sheetmetal stamping with the conductor protection element (20) and bring about the electrically conducting connection between the screw terminal (12, 14, 16) and the plug contact (18).
