An electronic voltage supply system includes a first battery string providing an electrical medium voltage at a first battery output and a second battery string providing the medium voltage at a second battery output. A potential distributor has a plurality of electrical low-voltage connections, each of which is connectable to the first and/or battery strings via a voltage transformer unit. The voltage transformer unit reduces the medium voltage provided by the first or second battery string to a low voltage. The system also includes first and second medium-voltage paths, which can be or is electrically connected to the first and/or second battery string and a first or second medium-voltage connection at which the medium voltage generated by the first or second battery string is provided. The system further includes a bridge circuit that connects the first medium voltage connection and the at least one second medium-voltage terminal to the first and/or second battery string.

Electronic voltage supply system

An integrated starter and on-board electrical system disconnecting module for connecting to a starter battery and to an on-board electrical system by a transducer is disclosed. A method for limiting the starting current in a motor vehicle and the use of the integrated starter and on-board electrical system disconnecting module in multi-voltage on-board electrical systems, in particular during a start-stop operation of plug-in hybrid vehicles and for hybrid on-board electrical systems, are also disclosed. The transducer can be connected to a starter circuit including the starter battery from an on-board electrical system side, via a starter control device and via an on-board electrical system disconnector. The on-board electrical system can be uncoupled from the starter circuit and the starter control device and the on-board electrical system disconnector are integrated in the module.

Integration of starter current control device and on-board electrical system disconnecting switch

A circuit () for voltage stabilization in an onboard power supply (), particularly for motor vehicles, which is electrically connected between the onboard power supply () to be stabilized and a first energy store (E) is disclosed. The circuit () includes a diode element () which contains a plurality of semiconductor switches () connected in parallel. The circuit () also includes a pilot and control circuit (). The control circuit () determines the level of a current flowing through the diode element () and controls the semiconductor switches () of the diode element () on the basis of the determined current level. The circuit () includes a second energy store (E) which is electrically connected to the diode element () and to the onboard power supply ().

Circuit for voltage stabilization in an onboard power supply

A device for controlling electrical systems of a means of transportation that is encapsulated within a housing provided with an external interface and that has a microcomputer for executing control programs and storage means on which control programs for actuating an electrical component and signals of the component can be stored, the signals being exchanged via an internal interface by actuation software of the electrical component. According to the invention, a test module is provided within the housing and at the internal interface of the component, which test module evaluates the signals of the component which are exchanged via the interface, in order to test the satisfactory functioning of an internal component or of the control program.

Device for controlling electrical systems with a test module

An element for carrying out and documenting a program or test sequence allows specific functions to be carried out. The element has at least one control input to which an external control signal can be supplied, and a variable can be varied in the element as a function of the external control signal. The process of carrying out a particular function can be varied by the element in such a manner that, when the variable has a specific value ('0') and the external control signal is at a first signal level, the variable assumes a value (not equal to '0') which differs from the specific value; and when the variable is at that specific value and an external control signal which is at the first signal level is once again applied, the variable remains at that specific value.

Element for carrying out a program or test sequence

A test device for vehicles has a wheel rotation speed sensor which is sensitive to magnetic fields. The test device, having a wheel rotation simulation device, contains a sensor stimulating magnet coil, which can be positioned in the magnetic field region of the sensor such that a magnetic field coupling is provided. A control unit, drives this magnet coil with an AC voltage at a frequency which determines the wheel rotation speed. This allows the performance of functional tests of components which are sensitive to wheel rotation speed while keeping the wheels stationary. In addition, a compact roller unit, which is preferably transportable, is provided in order to carry out actual wheel rotations in order to make it possible to test further components, such as the brake system or electronic transmission control. Consequently, component tests which are sensitive to wheel rotation speed can be carried out at the production location and in workshops in a manner which is flexible and optimized with respect to time and cost.
