A fastening device includes a housing and first and second buttons disposed at opposite ends of the housing in a first axial direction. Each of the first and second buttons is actuatable in the first axial direction. The fastening device further includes first and second claws slidably disposed within the housing, each of the first and second claws including a hook portion extending outward from an engagement face of the housing. Each of the first and second claws engages one of the first or second push buttons within the housing so that relative movement of the first and second buttons toward one another moves the hook portions of the first and second claws away from one another in the first axial direction.

Fastening device

Some embodiments are directed to a connector-type female plug including a body; a module including a plurality of slots, each of the slots configured to receive an end of a strand of a cable and arranged so as to be plugged into by a rear face of the body; a lever pivotably mounted on the body in such a way as to be able to move between an open position and a closed position attained after lowering the lever in such a way as to grasp a rear face of the module and to push same into a completely plugged-in position; and a lock that can move along a sliding mechanism between a locked position, in which the lock is arranged in such a way as to hold the lever in the closed position, and an unlocked position.

The insert includes at least three contacts having essentially linear parts and at least one three-pole capacitance between three of the contacts. One of the contacts of each three-pole capacitance is connected to a central armature. A first dimension of the central armature, in the direction perpendicular to the substantially linear parts, is greater than a second dimension, in a direction parallel to the substantially linear parts, the second dimension defining the widths of the zones of the central armature. The mean width of the central armature, between the zones where it faces other armatures, connected to the other contacts of the three-pole capacitance, is greater than one third of the mean length of the central armature in these regions. Preferably, in at least one three-pole capacitance, the mean width of the central armature between the regions where it faces the lateral armatures is greater than one third of the distance between the lateral armatures.

Insert and method of assembling such an insert

The invention relates to a connector to be mounted on a cable (K) with a plurality of insulated connectors (C), and including a comb (), a connection terminal block () and assembling members (). According to the invention, the comb () includes self-stripping contacts () associated with notches () for simultaneously introducing each insulated conductor (C) of the cable into a notch () and for engaging it into the stripping contact () associated with said notch.

Connector with simplified mounting for a multiple conductor cable

A connector includes an insert including contacts having free parts to receive homologous flat contacts of a plug. The insert further includes a rotation axis about which the insert can be rotated and spring means urging the insert toward the position that it assumes when no plug is present. The insert can include, at the sides, long curved contacts and, in a central portion, shorter curved contacts, the points of contact of the contacts of the insert with the flat contacts of a plug being substantially aligned over all the contacts.

The invention concerns a connector for an armoured cable, this connector comprising a socket body and a conductive earthing member, the socket body being designed to receive a multi-conductor plug and comprising a wall element conformed so as to be in contact with this plug, and the earthing member comprising a band gripping the armouring of the cable and an elongate element electrically connecting the band to the socket body. According to the invention, the elongate element is flexible and the band takes the form of an open elastic clamp designed so as to be forcibly fitted on the armouring of the cable.
