A home-automation equipment includes a concealing device including a screen, a holding device of the screen, a load bar, a motorized drive device and an autonomous electrical energy supply device. The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator making it possible to raise and lower the screen. The supply device includes a battery positioned at the holding device, a first electrical connection element positioned at the load bar and configured to be connected to an external electrical supply source, so as to recharge the battery, and a second electrical connection element positioned at the holding device. The second element cooperates with the first element only when the screen is in a recharging position of the battery, so as to establish an electrical connection between the first element and the battery.

This electric actuator for driving a home-automation screen is provided with a spring brake () comprising a helical spring (), a friction part () having a friction surface () against which the helical spring () bears radially. Said brake further comprises an inlet part () suitable for driving the spring in rotation in a direction reducing the contact force between the spring () and the friction part (), and an outlet part () connected to the screen. While the screen is being lowered, the inlet part () drives the spring () in rotation with the contact force being decreased to the extent that the outlet part () is released in rotation, without direct contact between the inlet part and the outlet part. The inlet part () has at least two contact surfaces () suitable for transmitting drive torque (C) for raising the screen (), by direct contact, to at least two corresponding contact surfaces () of the outlet part ().

The invention concerns an elastic coupling device comprising a first cylindrical part (), a second cylindrical part (), at least partly tubular and enclosing the first part with its tubular part and provided with internal teeth (), at least an elastic means () mounted inside the first part in a housing () and operating in substantially radial compression, at least a pinion () mounted in the first part and meshing with the teeth of the second part to drive a compression means () for the elastic means, the compression means consisting advantageously of a clamp. Said construction is particularly compact. Said device combined with rotation detecting means can constitute a torque sensor.

The control device includes a switch () controlling the power supply to the motor and an actuator which actuates this switch by rotatably reacting against the moving object being restrained so as to cause said switch to be opened and to cut off the power supply to the motor. This actuator consists of a bistable mechanical device () capable of taking up a first state in which the switch () is closed and a second state in which the switch is open. The actuating device also comprises exclusively manual means, such as a cable () for putting the actuating device into its first state, this device being brought into its second state by reacting against the moving object.
