The telecontrol equipment including a first device configured to power the equipment from the low-voltage network and from an auxiliary source, a second device configured to communicate information gathered by the equipment to outside, a third device configured to monitor the medium-voltage network at the substation level, and a fourth device configured to monitor the low-voltage network at the substation level.
