A radiation-collecting device includes at least one radiation-collecting element and a scattering layer placed, in relation to the element, on that side on which the radiation is incident on the device. The scattering layer has a transparent fibrous structure and a transparent medium for encapsulating the fibers of the fibrous structure, the absolute value of the difference between the refractive index of the fibers of the fibrous structure and the refractive index of the encapsulating medium being equal to or greater than 0.05.

Radiation-collecting device

A substrate bearing, on one main face, a composite electrode, which includes an electroconductive network formed from strands made of an electroconductive material based on a metal and/or a metal oxide, and having a light transmission of at least 60% at 550 nm, the space between the strands of the network being filled by a material referred to as an insulating fill material. A solar roofing panel includes at least one photovoltaic device, including a front structure and a rear structure, and at least one solar collector capable of delivering hot water, including a front structure and a rear structure. The respective front structures of the photovoltaic device and of the solar collector include glass substrates forming a cover that has an upper face, to face an external environment, and an opposed inner face, the respective rear structures of the photovoltaic device and of the solar collector being placed beneath the cover, facing the inner face. The glass substrates have no metal frames and are joined together, or are separated by other transition glass substrates, so as to form a uniform unitary glass cover.
