Methods, systems, and devices for method for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first set of communication occasions for periodic transmission or periodic reception in accordance with a first periodicity and may receive second control signaling indicating a second set of communication occasions that differs in timing from the first set of communication occasions. The UE may shift a first occasion of the first set of communication occasions to align the first occasion of the first set of communication occasions within a threshold time period from a first occasion of the second set of communication occasions. The UE may then communicate on the first occasion of the second set of communication occasions and on the first occasion of the first set of communication occasions.

Techniques for aligning communications

Aspects described herein relate to receiving control information activating periodic resources defined in a configuration for wireless communication, wherein the control information indicates resources for transmitting a control information response, and transmitting, to the second node and based on one or more power-related parameters of the first node, the control information response indicating a modification for one or more parameters related to the periodic resources. Other aspects relate to transmitting the control information and receiving the control information response.

A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network unit via a single physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) communication, a configuration scheduling multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) communications; transmitting, to the network unit via a first cell, a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) communication comprising acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) feedback associated with a first subset of the multiple PDSCH communications; and transmitting, to the network unit, via a second cell, a second PUCCH communication comprising ACK/NACK feedback associated with a second subset of the multiple PDSCH communications, wherein the second cell is different from the first cell.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support enhanced scheduling request configurations. A user equipment (UE) may obtain, at a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer of the UE, information associated with a data packet for transmission by the UE. The UE may transmit a scheduling request that indicates information regarding an elapsed time period since the information associated with the data packet was obtained at the PDCP layer of the UE, or whether the data packet is a final packet of a set of data packets, or both. A network entity may receive the scheduling request and determine scheduling information for uplink communications by the UE based on the information regarding the elapsed time period, or whether the data packet is the final data packet, or both. The network entity may transmit the scheduling information to the UE.

Enhanced scheduling request configurations for wireless communications

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Sidelink communications between user equipments (UE)s may include services that demand low latency and high reliability, such as extended reality (XR) and ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC). Given the latency demands for XR and URLLC, XR and URLLC may be higher priority than other communications types. A UE may determine that data for transmission over sidelink has a high priority level based on a remaining packet delay budget associated with the data. UEs may monitor for sidelink transmissions in accordance with network configured discontinuous reception (DRX) cycles. The DRX cycles configured by the network for sidelink communications, however, may not match with the periodicity of XR traffic. For XR communications, the transmitting UE may indicate an offset to apply to a DRX cycle such that the receiving UE may adjust the DRX cycle to match the periodicity of the XR communications.

Support of low latency transmissions in sidelink

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information identifying a set of uplink resources for a set of uplink transmissions. The UE may transmit a subset of the set of uplink transmissions, wherein the subset of the set of uplink transmissions includes uplink control information multiplexed from a remainder of the set of uplink transmissions corresponding to one or more instances in which data is not available for transmission. In some aspects, a target network node may receive, from a source network node, delay status information associated with a user equipment (UE) served by the source network node, wherein the delay status information is associated with one or more logical channels (LCHs). The target network node may receive, from the UE during a random access channel (RACH) procedure, one or more messages that include one or more delay status reports associated with the one or more LCHs. The target network node may transmit, to the UE during a handover of the UE from the source network node, one or more messages indicating one or more uplink scheduling parameters for the one or more LCHs based on the delay status information and the one or more delay status reports associated with the one or more LCHs.

In some wireless communication systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a set of uplink shared channel occasions within a configured grant period. Each uplink shared channel occasion may include a set of slots for transmitting an uplink shared channel message (e.g., repetitions of the uplink shared channel message or a transport block). The UE may transmit the uplink shared channel message in the set of slots of a first uplink shared channel occasion of the uplink shared channel occasions in accordance with the control information. The UE may transmit an uplink control information message indicating that one or more slots of the set of slots are unused. The one or more unused slots of the first uplink shared channel occasion may be skipped during the configured grant period.

Indication of unused uplink shared channel occasions

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information with a value in an information element that is associated with identifying an offset between a first downlink slot in which the downlink control information is received and a second downlink slot in which shared channel data is scheduled. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control information indicative of a resource allocation for reception of periodic multi-slot multi-cast transmissions. In some aspects, the control information may indicate a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for multi-cast, multi-slot signaling. The resource allocation may include a set of multiple reception occasions over a set of multiple slots. The UE may receive one or more transport blocks during the set of multiple reception occasions over the set of multiple slots. In some aspects, an UE may receive information indicating an anchor for performing physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) skipping, the anchor indicating time-domain occasions based at least in part on which PDCCH skipping is to be performed. The UE may receive an indication to perform PDCCH skipping. The UE may perform PDCCH skipping based at least in part on the anchor and based at least in part on receiving the indication. An apparatus is configured to receive a configuration via RRC signaling, a MAC-CE, or DCI. The configuration is associated with a schedule of a set of CCs including at least two CCs. Each CC of the at least two CCs includes at least two PDSCHs or PUSCHs. The apparatus is also configured to communicate, via the set of CCs, with a network node based on the schedule. Another apparatus is configured to transmit a configuration via RRC signaling, a MAC-CE, or DCI. The configuration is associated with a schedule of a set of CCs including at least two CCs. Each CC of the at least two CCs includes at least two PDSCHs or PUSCHs. The other apparatus is also configured to communicate, via the set of CCs, with a UE based on the schedule.
