A multi-resistance-state spintronic device, including: a top electrode and a bottom electrode respectively connected to a read-write circuit; and a magnetic tunnel junction between two electrodes. The magnetic tunnel junction includes from top to bottom: a ferromagnetic reference layer, a barrier tunneling layer, a ferromagnetic free layer, and a spin-orbit coupling layer. Nucleation centers are provided at two ends of the ferromagnetic free layer to generate a magnetic domain wall; the spin-orbit coupling layer is connected to the bottom electrode, and when a write pulse is applied, an electron spin current is generated and drives the magnetic domain wall through a spin-orbit torque to move; a plurality of local magnetic domain wall pinning centers are provided at an interface between the spin-orbit coupling layer and the ferromagnetic free layer to enhance a strength of a DM interaction constant between interfaces.

The drive module provides preset drive values for individual liquid lenses in the liquid lens sets according to different magnifications to change the focal lengths of the liquid lenses, thereby changing the effective focal lengths of the objective module and that of the eyepiece module, and finally achieving continuous and fast zooming of the stereoscopic microscope to be adapted to different working scenarios. The control module controls the relative angle between the two wedge-angle prisms in the Risley prism, achieving the continuous adjusting of the stereoscopic angle of the stereoscopic microscope, and then acquiring stereo images with different stereo senses.

Disclosed is a large-depth metasurface polarization holographic 3D display method, including: performing calculations for a first 3D object and a second 3D object based on an angular spectrum diffraction theory to obtain a first metasurface hologram and a second metasurface hologram; performing interleaved row-by-row insertion of the first and the second metasurface holograms to encode into a synthetic hologram, optimizing phases of the synthetic hologram by using an error diffusion algorithm to obtain phase information required by metasurface structures, that is, meta-phase information; designing the metasurface structures based on the meta-phase information, and making a metasurface structure in odd rows sensitive to left-handed circularly polarized light, and a metasurface structure in even rows sensitive to right-handed circularly polarized light to achieve independent control over different polarization states; and performing holographic 3D reconstruction by illuminating the metasurface structures with laser.

The three-state spintronic device includes: a bottom electrode, a magnetic tunnel junction and a top electrode from bottom to top. The magnetic tunnel junction includes: a spin-orbit coupling layer, a ferromagnetic free layer, a barrier tunneling layer, a ferromagnetic reference layer, three local magnetic domain wall pinning centers and domain wall nucleation centers. An antisymmetric exchange interaction is modulated, and the magnetic domain wall pinning centers are embedded in an interface between a heavy metal and the ferromagnetic free layer. The magnetic domain wall nucleation centers are at two ends of the ferromagnetic free layer. A current pulse flows through the spin-orbit coupling layer to generate a spin current and the spin current is injected into the ferromagnetic free layer. Under a control of all-electrical controlled, an effective field of a spin-orbit torque drives domain wall to move and displace.

A holographic 3D display system based on virtual array splicing of a spatial light modulator includes a laser configured to generate a coherent light beam, first, second and third beam splitters, first and second reflectors, a shutter array, a spatial filter array, a solid lens, first and second light beam deflection elements and a spatial light modulator. The first and second beam splitters and the first reflector are configured to split the light beam generated by the laser into three parallel light beams to irradiate the shutter array. The shutter array is configured to control the three parallel light beams to sequentially pass therethrough according to a set time sequence. The three parallel light beams passing through the shutter array are expanded and collimated by the spatial filter array and the solid lens to form three parallel light beams with the same size and uniform intensity.

In a method and system for treating a catalytic cracking gasoline, a catalytic cracking process, or a plant employs a fluidized reactor to carry out hydrodealkylation treatment on a catalytic cracking oil gas or catalytic cracking gasoline, so that heavy aromatics present therein can be efficiently converted into light olefins and light aromatics. The method and system can improve the yield of light olefins, allow a long-period stable operation, relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of light aromatics, and solve the problem of high content of heavy aromatics that have low value and are difficult to be utilized in aromatics present in oil gas from catalytic cracking units.

A reconfigurable PUF device based on fully electric field-controlled domain wall motion includes a voltage control layer, upper electrodes, a lower electrode, antiferromagnetic pinning layers, and a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ). The MTJ includes, from bottom to top, a ferromagnetic reference layer, a potential barrier tunneling layer and a ferromagnetic free layer. In the device, an energy potential well is formed in a middle portion of the ferromagnetic free layer by applying a voltage to the voltage control layer to control magnetic anisotropy, and a current is fed into either of the upper electrodes to drive generation of the magnetic domain walls and pin the magnetic domain walls to the potential well. After the voltage is removed, the potential well is lowered so that the magnetic domain walls are in a metastable state, thereby either a high resistance state or a low resistance state is randomly obtained.

The present application provides a high-gravity device for generating nano/micron bubble and a reaction system. In the device, the liquid phase is continuous phase and the gas phase is dispersed phase. A gas enters the interior of the device from a hollow shaft, and the gas is subjected to primary shearing under a shearing effect of aerating micropores to form bubbles; then, the bubbles rapidly disengage from the surface of a rotating shaft under the effect of the rotating shaft rotating at a high speed, and are subjected to secondary shearing under the high-gravity environment with the strong shearing force formed by the rotating shaft to form nano/micron bubbles. The device has the advantages of fastness, stability, and small average particle size. The average particle size of the formed nano/micron bubbles is between 800 nanometers and 50 microns, and the average particle size of the bubbles can be regulated in a range by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating shaft.

High-gravity device for generating nano/micron bubbles and reaction system

A method for producing light aromatics, includes the steps of: i) contacting a feedstock comprising heavy aromatic(s) with a catalyst in a fluidized reactor for aromatics lightening reaction in the presence of hydrogen to obtain a product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a spent catalyst, wherein the heavy aromatic is one or more selected from C9+ aromatics; ii) separating the resulted product rich in C6-C8 light aromatic(s) to obtain hydrogen, a non-aromatic component, C6-C8 light aromatic(s) and a C9+ aromatic component; and iii) recycling at least a part of the C9+ aromatic component to the fluidized reactor. The method has strong adaptability to feedstocks and high flexibility in operation and allows a long-period stable operation. The method can produce high-value light aromatics from heavy aromatics that are difficult to be treated and utilized.
