A vehicle control system includes: an on-board control module, configured to control driving of the vehicle according to a control instruction sent by a vehicle dispatching command platform; a vehicle state module, configured to collect state information of the vehicle; an environment sensing module, configured to collect first road environment information of the vehicle; a UAV scanning module, configured to collect second road environment information of the vehicle; a data center module, configured to generate fusion information according to the state information, the first road environment information, and the second road environment information; a map module, configured to generate a driving route map of the vehicle according to the fusion information; and a vehicle dispatching command platform, configured to generate the control instruction according to the fusion information and the driving route map.

An atmospheric parameter measuring device includes a cone top, a balance rod an upper propeller, a lower propeller, a transmission module, an accelerating module, a DC generator, an object-carrying shell, an inertial generation module, a wireless energy-carrying communication module, a sensor carrier, a base, an airbag and a low-power-consumption sensor. Electric energy can generate by using four methods of wind energy, microwave, inertia and solar energy, so the energy supply for the carried low-power-consumption sensor can be ensured and the measuring device can generate electric energy at day and night to ensure the working state of the carried low-power-consumption sensor and measure the atmospheric temperature, humidity, wind speed, intensity of pressure and cloud and water grain shape parameters at the current position conveniently; the measuring device can float in the air by the lift force provided by the rotation of the two propellers.

A dropsonde with a dandelion-like structure includes a support system, a rotor wing system, a rotor wing restraint system, a sensing main control system and an electrical damping system, the support system further comprising a hollow upper strut, a hollow lower strut, an upper disc fixedly connected to top of the upper strut and a lower disc fixedly connected to top of the lower strut, the upper strut is partially inserted into the lower strut, and the upper parts of the upper disc and the upper strut are exposed outside the lower strut; wherein the rotor wing system includes a plurality of upper rotor wings, a plurality of lower rotor wings, a plurality of upper springs, a plurality of lower springs, a plurality of upper connecting members and a plurality of lower connecting members.
