An implantable device including a matrix and a zinc-containing layer at least partially covering the substrate. The zinc-containing layer includes a zinc compound. The ratio of the mass of the zinc element in the zinc-containing layer to the surface area of the implantable device is 0.1-200 μg/mm2. The average porosity of the zinc-containing layer is 30% or less. By matching the ratio of the mass of zinc in the zinc-containing layer to the surface area of the implantable device with the average porosity of the zinc-containing layer, the release rate of zinc is controlled within a reasonable range so that the rate of formation of the zinc-containing substance is controlled such that the concentration of the zinc-containing substance accumulated in the tissue is higher than the concentration which inhibits the proliferation of smooth muscle cells, and is always lower than the toxic concentration which causes cell death.

A lumen stent preform is provided using a plasma nitriding technology, a preparation method thereof, a method for preparing a lumen stent by using the preform, and a lumen stent obtained according to the method. The preform is manufactured by using pure iron or an iron alloy containing no strong nitrogen compound, has a hardness of 160-250HV0.05/10, and has a microstructure that is a deformed structure having a grain size scale greater than or equal to 9 or a deformed structure after cold machining. Alternatively, the preform is an iron alloy containing a strong nitrogen compound, and has a microstructure that is a deformed structure having a grain size scale greater than or equal to 9 or a deformed structure after cold machining. The lumen stem preform meets the requirements of a conventional stent for radial strength and plasticity, so that plasma nitriding is applicable to commercial preparation of a lumen stent.

An iron-based alloy absorbable and implantable medical device for internal fixation. A substrate includes an iron-based alloy and degradable polymer. The mass ratio of the iron-based alloy to the degradable polymer is between 1:4 and 4:1. The weight-average molecular weight of the degradable polymer is between 150000 to 3000000, and the polydispersity index thereof is between 1 and 6. The device further includes antioxidants. The iron-based alloy is used as a load-bearing framework or reinforcement phase of the device. By adjusting the mass ratio of the iron-based alloy to the degradable polymer and the combination mode thereof, the corrosion rate of the iron-based alloy in the late period of the implantation is accelerated, and the quantity of corrosion products poorly soluble in the iron-based alloy is reduced. Adding antioxidants to the device further reduces the quantity of the corrosion products poorly soluble in the iron-based alloy.

Iron-based alloy absorbable and implantable medical device for internal fixation

An absorbable iron-based instrument is provided having an iron-based substrate, a zinc-containing protector in contact with the iron-based substrate, and a degradable polyester in contact with the iron-based substrate and/or the zinc-containing protector. The range of the ratio of the mass of the zinc-containing protector to the mass of the iron-based substrate is 1:200 to 1:2. In the degradable polyester, the mass fraction of a low-molecular-weight part with a molecular weight of less than 10,000 is less than or equal to 5%; alternatively, in the degradable polyester, the mass fraction of a residual monomer is less than or equal to 2%.

A tube stent includes a first tube body. The first tube body includes a first section, a second section, and a transition section located between the first section and the second section. One end of the transition section is connected to the first section, and the other end is connected to the second section. The shortening rate of the first section and the shortening rate of the second section are smaller than the shortening rate of the transition section. By using the tube stent, the pulsations of aortas are buffered by the transition section, so that vibration deformations of the tube stent are confined to the first section and the transition section, and accordingly the relative stability of the second section and branch blood vessels can be ensured, and the stimulations to walls of the branch blood vessels can be reduced.

The corrosion inhibition layer can delay early-stage corrosion of the iron-based alloy matrix, ensure mechanical performance of a medical device in the early stage of the implantation, prevent degradation of a polymer in the early stage of the implantation of the medical device, and reduce the usage of the degradable polymer, thereby reducing risks of inflammatory reactions.

An absorbable occluder () comprises a woven mesh (), wherein the woven mesh () comprises at least two polymer filaments with different centralized degradation time periods, or comprises a polymer filament made by blending at least two polymers with different centralized degradation time periods.
