Described herein are apparatuses and methods for measuring a hydration condition with a wearable device. The wearable device may include a housing, a flume integrated into inro the housing, and a sensor array. The housing may include a perimeter wall disposed around a perimeter of the housing between a top wall and a bottom wall, where the top wall, bottom wall, and perimeter wall form an inner cavity. The flume may be disposed in the inner cavity, where a first end of the flume is disposed at the bottom wall and a second end of the flume is disposed at the top wall. The sensor array may include a first vapor pressure sensor located within the flume at a first location and a second vapor pressure sensor located within the flume at a second location.

Wearable hydration monitor sensors

Methods, systems and devices for aligning measurement data sets from different devices. In one embodiment, a synchronization platform includes circuitry configured to establish a first communication link with a first device being worn at a first location on a body of a user, receive a first set of measurement data from a first sensor of the first device indicative of physiological measurements of the user. The circuitry is further configured to: establish a second communication link with the second device, receive a second set of measurement data of the first type from a second sensor of the second device indicative of the physiological measurements of the user, and align the second set of measurement data with the first set of measurement data, wherein the second set of measurement data is a continuation of the first set of measurement data.

Aligning measurement data sets from different devices

Described herein are apparatuses and methods for measuring stress with a wearable device. In one apparatus, a wearable device includes a housing formed and shaped to affix to a user, a sensor integrated into the housing operable to engage a body of the user to take physiological measurements of the user over a threshold period of time to obtain physiological data, and a processing device coupled to the sensor. The processing device may be operable to receive, from the sensor, a first physiological data; receive, from the sensor, a second physiological data; determine a correlation between the first physiological data and the second physiological data; and determine a stress level of a bodily system of the user based on the correlation.

Systems, devices, and methods for optimizing a physiological measurement are described herein. A system may include a wearable band that is wearable by a subject, a user device attached to the wearable band, and a measurement device configured to the physiological measurement. The user device may include a first communication device and a user interface. The measurement device may include a hollow housing, a processing device disposed within the housing, an elastic coupling member disposed within the housing, a physiological sensor coupled to the housing by the elastic coupling member, and a second communication device. The physiological sensor may take the physiological measurement and communicate the physiological measurement to the user device. The user interface may display the physiological measurement to the subject. The physiological measurement device and the user device may be attached to the same wearable band that is worn by the subject.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for optimizing a physiological measurement taken from a subject

Systems, devices, and methods are described herein for maintaining a physiological sensor at constant pressure against a subject. A system may include a wearable band that is wearable by a subject, a physiological sensor coupled to the wearable band, a pressure sensor coupled to the wearable band, a processor and a user interface. The physiological sensor may be positioned along an inside surface of the wearable band, embedded in the wearable band, or otherwise positioned in the band to be adjacent to the subject as the subject wears the wearable band. The pressure sensor may directly or indirectly measure a pressure of the physiological sensor against the subject. The processor may generate an alert when a pressure measurement for the physiological sensor against the subject is outside a specified range. The user interface may present the alert to the subject.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for maintaining constant pressure of a physiological sensor against a subject

A method, system, device, or apparatus for notifying a device of a greater number of safety events associated with the first user. The method includes retrieving safety events associated with a first user of a first electronic device and determining a frequency of safety events. The method includes retrieving safety events associated with a second user of a second electronic device and determining a frequency of safety events. The method includes comparing the frequency of safety events associated with the first user and the number of safety events associated with the second user and determining that there is a greater frequency of safety events associated with the first user than with the second user for the period of time. The method includes determining a cause of the greater frequency of safety events associated with the first user.

Methods, systems, apparatuses, and/or devices for determining a baseline for an individual. The methods, systems, apparatuses, and/or devices may include a first memory device for computer storage. The methods, systems, apparatuses, and/or devices may include a processing device coupled to the first memory device, where the processing device is configured to: receive profile information for a user; generate a user profile based on the profile information; query a set of baseline profiles stored at the first memory device or a second memory device to identify a subset of baseline profiles; aggregate baseline profile information from the first baseline profile and baseline profile information from the second baseline profile to obtain an aggregated baseline profile; and set a baseline for a physiological parameter of the user from which to measure against for the physiological parameter, wherein the baseline is based on the physiological parameter of the aggregated baseline profile.

A method, system, apparatus, and/or device for adjusting a power consumption level of a device. The method, system, apparatus, and/or device may include: a first sensor interface, a second sensor interface, and a processing device coupled to the first sensor interface and the second sensor interface. The processing device may: measure a first physiological measurement via the first sensor interface within a first period of time; measure a second physiological measurement via the second sensor interface within the first period of time; adjust a power consumption level of the apparatus in view of at least one of the first physiological measurement or the second physiological measurement; measure the physiological measurement via the first sensor interface at the adjusted power consumption level within a second period of time; and measure a second physiological measurement via the second sensor interface at the adjusted power consumption level within the second period of time.

Power management for wearable devices

Systems, devices, and methods are described herein for ensuring constant contact of a physiological sensor with a subject. A device may include a wearable band wearable by the subject, an elastic coupling member, a sensor module coupled by the elastic coupling member to the wearable band, a housing attached to the wearable band, a processor, and a user interface. The wearable band may include a recess extending into the wearable band. The elastic coupling member and/or the sensor module may be disposed within the recess. As the subject wears the wearable band, the elastic coupling member may press the sensor module against the subject and may cause constant contact between the sensor module and the subject. Electrical tracing embedded in the wearable band and extending from the sensor module to the housing may couple the sensor module to the processor or the user interface.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods for ensuring constant pressure of a physiological sensor against a subject

Systems, methods, and devices of a health device network may include: a non-invasive glucometer that non-invasively measures analyte levels; an invasive glucometer communicatively coupled directly to the non-invasive glucometer; a cloud-based server communicatively coupled to the non-invasive glucometer or the invasive glucometer; a user device communicatively coupled to the cloud-based server; and/or a user interface that displays the invasive glucose measurement, the non-invasive glucose measurement, a data batch, and/or processed data to the user. The non-invasive glucometer and/or the invasive glucometer may aggregate an invasive glucose measurement and a non-invasive glucose measurement into the data batch. A data analytics application on the cloud-based server may be configured to: integrate the invasive glucose measurement and the non-invasive glucose measurement; identify a correlation between the invasive glucose measurement and the non-invasive glucose measurement; and/or generate a predictive model based on the invasive glucose measurement and the non-invasive glucose measurement.

A calibration coefficient can be determined for calibrating the wearable medical device based on the medical measurement data. The wearable medical device can be calibrated based on the calibration coefficient.

An integrated glucose monitoring system comprising a glucometer and mobile device housed in a housing. The glucometer includes a measurement component to receive a blood glucose test strip containing a sample of blood of an individual, and a port to transmit the blood glucose measurement to a mobile device. The mobile device communicatively and physically coupled to the glucometer. The mobile device includes a port configured to couple with the glucometer, a communication component to receive the blood glucose measurement from glucometer, a power management component to transmit power to the glucometer, and another port to receive power from a power source to power the mobile device. An adjustable measurement device is described that may include a housing, a power supply, a processor, a communication device, an elastic coupling member, a physiological sensor, and/or a clamp. The housing may be configured to attach to a wearable band that is wearable by a subject. The housing may include a chamber within the housing. The power supply, the processor, the communication device, the elastic coupling member, and or the physiological sensor may be disposed within the chamber. The elastic coupling member may couple the physiological sensor to the housing. A force exerted by the elastic coupling member on the physiological sensor may be in a direction through an opening towards a body part of a subject. As the subject wears the wearable band and the housing is coupled to the wearable band, the physiological sensor may be adjacent to or contact the subject.
