Systems and techniques are described that are directed to filter frequency response shift compensation, including compensating for shifting in the rejection band of the filter. Compensation for the shifting in the rejection band can include applying a pre-distortion to attenuate edge resource units (RUs), and applying PHY Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) scheduling schemes. For example, a PPDU scheduling scheme reduce bandwidth in the channel, thereby dropping the out of band RUs. Front ends provide feedback to a respective radio, which allows that radio to apply the appropriate pre-distortion. The front ends can include one or more filters enabling frequency domain coexistence between collocated radios operating in the differing Wi-Fi bands, and a coupler that provides the feedback indicating the frequency response shift to a radio. The radio can then apply a digital pre-distortion to compensate for the shifting in the rejection band.

Methods and systems for filter frequency response shift compensation for WLAN traffic

Systems and methods are provided by which all APs in a particular deployment can be used to assist in the out-of-band discovery of 6 GHz radios by client devices. That is, a series of iterative operations can be performed to: (I) determine the state of 6 GHz radios in a zone/deployment area; (II) identify what radios can be considered near-neighbors to non-6 GHz radios for purposes of advertising one or more of the 6 GHz radios; (Ill) rank neighboring 6 GHz radios for a given non-6 GHz radio based on certain radio metrics; and (IV) ultimately determine those 6 GHz radios that can be advertised by the given non-6 GHz radio.

System and method for optimized load balancing on 6 GHz radios using out-of-band discovery in a mixed AP deployment

Example implementations relate to an electronic plug having a locking assembly for securing within an electronic port having a receptacle. The locking assembly includes a cantilever beam, a deformable arm, and an axle rotatably coupled to a connector of the electronic plug. The cantilever beam extends from the axle, where a free end of the cantilever beam includes a locking tab aligned to a recess of the connector. The deformable arm extends from the axle, where an open end of the deformable arm is rested on the connector. In a biased state of the deformable arm, the locking tab is positioned below the recess to allow movement of the connector in and out of the receptacle. In a relaxed state of the deformable arm, the locking tab protrudes above the recess to allow movement of the connector into the receptacle and prevent movement of the connector out of the receptacle.

Systems and methods are provided for optimizing the scheduling of Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) transmissions in the downlink (DL) direction. A two-stage mechanism can be implemented when effectuating DL OFDMA transmission involving multiple modulation and coding schemes (MCS) in a single transmit burst. A first stage of the two-stage mechanism may use radio frequency (RF) boosting/de-boosting of Resource Units (RUs) such that the average input power to an AP power amplifier (PA) may remain under a saturated PA output power to ensure PA linearity. If RF boosting/de-boosting is not supported, an alternative mechanism for OFDMA grouping (to rigid grouping) can be employed to skip higher MCS.

Scheduler optimization for OFDMA downlink transmissions

One embodiment can provide a method and a system for performing multiple radio frequency allocation. During operation, the system including a controller can receive, a Wi-Fi channel allocation and a filter bank configuration associated with a Wi-Fi radio transceiver. The system can determine one or more Internet of things (IoT) radio transceivers operating with the Wi-Fi radio transceiver. For a respective IoT radio transceiver, the system can perform the following operations: determining a set of scores based on a set of constraints associated with an application type for the IoT radio transceiver; and computing a weighted average score based on the set of scores; and determining a channel allocation for the IoT radio transceiver based on the weighted average score and the Wi-Fi channel allocation.

System and method for performing multiple radio frequency allocation

Systems and techniques are described that are directed to filter frequency response shift compensation, including attenuation compensation. Attenuation compensation can apply a pre-distortion to compensate for the magnitude of attenuated resource units (RUs). Additionally, filter frequency response shift can involve applying PHY Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) scheduling schemes. For example, a PPDU scheduling scheme can reduce bandwidth in the channel, thereby dropping the affected RUs. The attenuation compensation is implemented using front ends that provide feedback to a respective radio, which allows that radio to apply the appropriate pre-distortion. The front end can include one or more filters enabling frequency domain coexistence between collocated radios operating in the differing Wi-Fi bands, and a coupler that provides the feedback indicating the frequency response shift to a radio. The radio then applying a digital pre-distortion to a signal input into the one or more filters to compensate for the attenuated RUs.

An example system can determine a power consumption of each of a first and a second powered device ports, determine an output voltage demand of each of the first and the second powered device ports based on the determined power consumptions, and based on the output voltage demand, adjust an output voltage to each of the first and the second powered device ports via the power controller.

Disclosed herein, one embodiment of the disclosure is directed to a system, apparatus, and method for enabling simultaneous transmit and receive in the same Wi-Fi band within a device by first obtaining a first information corresponding to a first set of signals to be transmitted wirelessly by a first antenna of a first device and transmitting, by the first antenna of the first device, the first set of signals. Then, a second set of signals comprising: (a) the first set of signals transmitted by the first antenna of the first device and (b) a third set of signals transmitted by a second device different than the first device are received by a second antenna of the first device. Thereafter, a second information representing the second set of signals received by the second antenna of the first device is obtained. Last, based on the first information and the second information, a third information comprising an estimation of the third set of signals without the first set of signals is determined.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium, network device, and method for enabling simultaneous transmit and receive in the same Wi-Fi band within a device by obtaining a first information corresponding to a first set of signals to be transmitted wirelessly by a first antenna of a first device; transmitting, by the first antenna of the first device, the first set of signals; receiving, by a second antenna of the first device, a second set of signals comprising (a) the first set of signals transmitted by the first antenna of the first device and (b) a third set of signals transmitted by a second device different than the first device; determining a third information corresponding to the third set of signals by canceling the first set of signals from the second set of signals, wherein the third information comprises an estimation of the third set of signals transmitted by the second device.

An example may include access point, comprising: a processing resource; a first radio transceiver; a first radio frequency (RF) sub-band filter on the first radio transceiver; a second radio transceiver; a second RF sub-band filter, complementary to the first RF sub-band filter, on the second radio transceiver; and instructions executable by the processing resource to enable and disable the first RF sub-band filter and the second RF sub-band filter based on a network metric.

In some examples, a method includes performing a channel sounding operation to estimate dynamic channel characteristics between an Access Point (AP) and a wireless device; determining, based on the estimated dynamic channel characteristics, whether a first transmit configuration without polarization diversity at a maximum allowable transmit power level for non-orthogonal polarity will provide a better Quality of Experience (QoE) than a second transmit configuration with polarization diversity above the maximum allowable transmit power level for non-orthogonal polarity; and transmitting a transmit stream with the second transmit configuration when it is determined that it will provide a better QoE than the first transmit configuration.
