Present disclosure relates to method and synchronization system for synchronizing plurality of events associated with one or more processes in assembly line for tracing entity. Initially, information related to plurality of events associated with one or more processes from one or more devices is received, where each of the plurality of events comprises respective first timestamp. Upon receiving, the first timestamp between each of the plurality of events is synchronized by performing first level and second level synchronization. The synchronization converts first timestamp into second timestamp with respect to common reference timestamp. Further, the synchronization system may identify one or more defects based on quality value assigned to entity. Thus, the present disclosure helps the synchronization system to efficiently trace entity when a defect is identified and replaces/repairs the entity.

Method and system for synchronizing plurality of events in an assembly line

Sourcing is a practice of locating and selecting entities based on set criteria. Determining most appropriate supplier entities at the lowest cost can develop a competitive advantage. However, existing sourcing techniques lack effective ways to target best suppliers for right part bundling and to efficiently optimize sourcing cost for sustained savings. Present disclosure leverages machine learning and optimization methods with technology data to provide a computationally efficient solution. Relationships between parts and corresponding attributes are obtained for parts bundling and best supplier locations are mapped for selected part bundles. A sourcing cost minimizer is used in conjunction with an iterative process to grow or limit supplier capacity by constraining award amount, bundle mix, or number of supplier entities based on multiple alternative scenarios being defined to systemically minimize cost and manage risks driven by changes in customer demand or manufacturing location.

System and method for scenario-driven optimization of sourcing cost

System and method for multi-level visualization of object lifecycle is provided. A visualization network displaying data associated with the object life cycle is provided. An object is selected from the visualization network to correlate the object across and within one or more object lifecycle stages from the visualization network by generating a relationship configuration. A multi-level visualization is generated for the selected object corresponding one or more object life cycle stage. The generated at least one multi-level visualization is modified based on a criterion of interest, the criterion of interest comprises one or more attribute associated with the selected object and relation derived from the relationship configuration.

System and method for multi-level data representation of object lifecycle

Methods and systems for providing assistance in scheduling a plurality of tasks pertaining to a project are described. The method may include obtaining information pertaining to each of the plurality of tasks associated with the project for scheduling execution of the plurality of tasks. Further, the method may include computing a certainty index and a controllability index for each of the plurality of tasks. The certainty index and the controllability index is computed based on corresponding certainty scores and controllability scores determined for each of the plurality of tasks. The method also includes distributing the plurality of tasks into quadrants based on a threshold value determined for the certainty index and the controllability index. In addition, the method may include generating a sequence of execution of the plurality of tasks of the project based on the division of the tasks.

Systems and method for multi-dimensional data representation of an object is provided. The multi-dimensional data representation method includes evaluating a similarity measure for a query corresponding to an object. The similarity measure between the objects are used to compute the similarity values corresponding to the object and based on at least one metadata dimension associated with the object. The similarity value are sorted to create a multi-dimensional array of similarity values. The similarity values are represented in a scalar form and a visualization interface displays a multi visual representation of the similarity values and data associated with the object.

System and method for multi-dimensional data representation of objects

Methods, systems and computer program products for supporting supply chain facility performance analysis. Methods include maintaining supply chain facility configuration information for a plurality of supply chain facilities. The method also includes identifying variables that are attributed to performance of the supply chain facilities. Data corresponding to one or more of the variables for selected supply chain facilities in the plurality of supply chain facilities is collected. Performance analysis is performed for the selected supply chain facilities using the data as input. The performance analysis includes executing a data envelope analysis (DEA) based three-stage performance analysis model, executing a statistical analysis and executing a sensitivity analysis. The results of the performance analysis are output. The results include a performance ranking of the selected supply chain facilities, a prescription for performance improvement, a correlation analysis, and a sensitivity analysis.

A latch assembly includes a plunger having a ramp and a lip, with a support member defining an opening through which the plunger extends. A support surface partially defines the opening and supports the plunger. The plunger is selectively movable between an extended position, in which the plunger protrudes a first distance from the opening, and a retracted position, in which the plunger protrudes a second distance from the opening, with the second distance being less than the first distance. In the extended position, the ramp and the lip are on a first side of the opening. In contrast, in the retracted position, the ramp and the lip are on a second side of the opening, with the lip engaging the support member to maintain the retracted position.

The present invention provides a model for assessing performance of a dynamic collaborative relationship. The present invention provides a method of modeling dynamic relationships by inputting data related to the collaborative relationship into a model, which comprises a plurality of components key to the collaborative relationship. Each of these components is interrelated with the model, and the model generates a value indicative of a condition or performance of the relationship. The relationship value can be analyzed by comparison with baseline values correlated to exemplary collaborative relationships. The present invention further provides methods of developing a model capable of assessing dynamic collaborative relationships.

A sliding load floor assembly for a motor vehicle comprises a sliding platform configured to receive a load floor and slidable along a support frame fixed to the vehicle. The support frame includes upper and lower flanges. An axle extends outward from the sliding platform, with a roller rotatably attached thereto and movable along the upper and lower flanges. The roller configuration elevates the sliding platform above a vehicle floor, while allowing the sliding platform the move between a stowed position and an extended position. A wedge is configured to exert a vertical force upon a portion of the sliding platform in the stowed position, thereby preventing vertical movement of the roller to reduce vibration. At least one detent member and at least one latch member are selectively engageable with one another to restrict movement of the sliding platform with respect to the support rail.
