A power seat system includes: a motor that changes a position of a power seat by performing a rotational operation; a Hall sensor that senses a change in Hall voltage according to the rotation of the motor and outputs a pulse signal; and a motor reverse rotation detection unit that monitors outputs from the motor and the Hall sensor, and detects an occurrence of a reverse pulse according to a motor reverse rotation when a motor current overshooting section and a change in pulse signal value are simultaneously detected in accordance with stop of the motor.

Power seat system for sensing motor reverse rotation and method thereof

The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for controlling an air cell in a seat. It includes: an air cell provided in the seat; a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure in the air cell; an actuation switch configured to enable an operation of injecting or discharging air into or from the air cell; and a control unit input with the measured air cell pressure value.

Method and apparatus for controlling air cell in seat

The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for controlling air cells of a seat. The apparatus includes: air cells provided on opposing sides of the seat to support a portion of the body of the passenger seated on the seat; pressure sensors to measure internal pressures of the air cells; and a control unit to receive the measured pressures of the air cells. Then, the control unit compares and stores the pressures of the air cells when a startup of the vehicle is off. When the startup is on, the control unit controls expansion of the air cells according to any one of the pressures of the air cells which are compared and stored in the control unit when the startup is off.
