A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a pixel unit provided in the display area, and including a first pixel column including a plurality of pixels and a second pixel column including a plurality of pixels displaying a different color from a color of the first pixel column, and data lines which are respectively connected to the first pixel column and the second pixel column, and respectively apply data signals to the first pixel column and the second pixel column, wherein the data line connected to the first pixel column includes sub lines and the data line connected to the second pixel column includes sub lines.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area. The non-display area includes a blocking region. An organic layer is disposed on the substrate. An emission layer is disposed in the display area of the substrate. An auxiliary pattern is disposed in the blocking region of the non-display area of the substrate. A thin film encapsulation layer is disposed on the substrate and overlaps the emission layer and the blocking region. The organic layer has a groove penetrating an entire thickness of the organic layer in the blocking region. The auxiliary pattern overlaps the groove. The auxiliary pattern includes a same material as a gate electrode disposed in the display area of the substrate.

A display device includes a display area and a non-display area disposed around the display area and including a pad area. The display device includes a resistance checker disposed in the non-display area, resistance test pads disposed in the pad area, resistance test lines connecting the resistance checker with the resistance test pad, and crack test lines disposed on the outer side of the resistance checker. The resistance test lines intersect the crack test lines in a plan view.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area to display an image and a non-display area provided on at least one side of the display area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate and provided in an area corresponding to the display area, a first insulating layer having an opening in a first area of the non-display area, a second insulating layer provided in the first area, first lines provided on the substrate and connected to the plurality of pixels, and second lines provided on the first and second insulating layers, and connected to the first lines. A display device includes a substrate, a first insulating layer, a power lines, and connection lines. The substrate includes a peripheral area adjacent to at least one side of a pixels area. The first insulating layer including one or more contact holes. The power line is in the peripheral area and provides a driving voltage to pixels. The power line includes a first metal layer on the substrate and a second metal layer connected to the first metal layer through the contact hole. The connection lines extend to the peripheral area from the pixels and overlap part of the power line. The power line includes a first area in which the first and second metal layers are electrically connected through the contact hole. The connection line does not overlap the first area of the power line.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a display device including a substrate including a display area, and a peripheral area outside the display area and including a bending area, a first conductive layer including a first signal wire over the substrate, a first insulating layer over the first conductive layer, a second insulating layer in a different layer from the first insulating layer, overlapping the bending area, and having a first edge positioned around the bending area, and a protector over the second insulating layer, wherein the first signal wire is in the peripheral area, crosses the first edge of the second insulating layer, does not overlap the bending area, and includes a first portion not covered by the second insulating layer, and wherein the protector overlaps at least a portion of the first portion, and has an edge that is parallel with an edge of the first portion.

A display device includes a substrate with a display area and a non-display area, pixels disposed in the display area, a first wire extending from the pixels to the non-display area and disposed on the substrate, an insulating layer covering at least the first wire, a second wire extending from the pixels to the non-display area, and a second insulating layer or the first insulating layer covering the second wire, wherein the first wire is disposed on the non-display area either spaced apart from the second wire by a first distance and a second distance that is different from the first distance, or in a position overlapping at least part of the second wire.

A display device includes a substrate including a display configured to display an image and a non-display area disposed on at least one side of the display area. A plurality of pixels is disposed in the display area. An organic insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. A pixel defining layer is disposed on the organic insulating layer. A sealing layer at least partially covers the display area and the non-display area and includes an inorganic material. The organic insulating layer and the pixel defining layer have a valley disposed therein. The valley is formed by removing portions of the organic insulating layer and the pixel defining layer along a circumference of the display area.
