The present invention relates to a closed-head drum () with inserted thin-walled inliner () of multilayer plastic film for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials. In order to improve the use of liners in closed-head drums, and to facilitate in particular the handling for the users such as the filling and emptying operators, so as to allow the closed-head drum () with liner () to be handled in precisely the same way as a closed-head drum without a liner, the present invention provides for the liner surface to adhere, or be adhesively bonded in a detachable manner, to the inner wall of the drum by virtue of a vacuum being created in the intermediate air space between the inner wall of the drum and liner surface and by thermal activation by means of hot air injection into the interior of the inliner.

Closed-head drum with liner, and method for producing the same

The present invention relates to a container () which is produced in a blow molding process and is made of thermoplastic material—preferably a bung drum—having a welded-on bung connector, prefabricated in an injection molding process and having an internal thread, for the storage and transport of liquid or free-flowing contents. In order to eliminate disadvantageous material distortion in blow-molded containers as a result of relatively long cooling times of thick locations, e.g. at threaded bungs and flash seams, according to the invention formed in the top () of the container () is a shortened welded bung connector (), onto which a solid threaded welding head (), prefabricated in an injection molding process and having an internal thread (), is welded.

The present invention relates to a rigid plastics-material internal container () from a thermoplastic plastics material for a pallet container () or a similar large-volume retainer for storing and for transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a flexible inliner () from a thin-walled plastics-material or composite-material film that is inserted into the rigid plastics-material internal container (). For filling and removal at the base, the thin-walled inliner () at the base side has at least one filling and removal connector (), said filling and removal connector () at the front being fixedly welded into a corresponding filling and removal connector () at the base side of the rigid plastics-material internal container (). For filling from above and removal of the filling material at the base side, the rigid plastics-material internal container () and the thin-walled inliner () can in each case also be provided with an upper filling connector, wherein in this instance the upper filling connector () of the thin-walled inliner () is likewise fixedly welded into the filling connector () of the rigid plastics-material internal container (). The thin-walled inliner () that is inserted in the rigid plastics-material internal container () in the assembled final state by way of vacuuming bears in a fully planar manner on the internal surface of the rigid plastics-material internal container (), and in the empty non-filled state as well as in the filled state of the rigid plastics-material internal container () adheres in an immovable fixed manner, as if adhesively bonded, on the internal surface, in particular also on the upper base of the internal container.

Inliner for a pallet container

A pallet container for storage and for transport of hazardous liquid or flowable materials includes a thin-walled rigid inner container made from thermoplastic, with a tubular lattice frame surrounding the inner container and having horizontal and vertical tubular rods welded together, and a rectangular base pallet supporting the inner container and connected to the tubular lattice frame. Two parallel rod-shaped crossbars extend across the top, laterally next to the upper filler neck of the cube-shaped inner container, to which the top of the inner container is fastened by means of two holders. The holders are formed in the course of the upper pinch-off seam from the plastic material of the inner container during blow molding. The top of the plastic inner container is fitted with two solid stable crossbar supporting pins which are open at the side and each engage over the two crossbars.

The fire-protection insulation mat is configured in a double-layered manner, and has an internal layer made from a heat-resistant non-woven and an external heat-resistant woven-fabric textile layer.
