The present invention is directed to Hand Held Exercise and Fitness Devices that deals with exercise, fitness and therapeutic massage that may be held in the hand and used for a wide range of wrist, forearm and shoulder manipulation, massage and fitness exercises. The preferred embodiment will be in the shape of an Indian club with a light weight handle and a soft flexible polymer head that can have a variety of materials in the inner cavity. The second embodiment will have the head in the shape of a sledge hammer with a long handle and constructed in a similar fashion as the preferred embodiment.

A universal adapter clip used in connection with a container that is received within a soap dispenser having a key-plate, the clip including a hollow body attachable to the container, a flange extending radially outward of the body, and a tab extending rearwardly from the body and axially spaced from the flange to receive the key-plate therebetween upon insertion of the container within the dispenser.

A core muscle exercising apparatus has a support platform that is held off the ground in an operative position by opposed front support legs and opposed rear support legs. A front support leg on one side of the apparatus is pivotally secured to a rear support leg on that same side, and a front support leg on the other side of the apparatus is pivotally secured to the rear support leg on that side. In the operative position, the front support legs hold the support platform in an operative position, generally parallel to a ground surface on which the front and rear support legs stand. In a storable position, the front support legs are pivoted relative to the rear support legs on their respective pivot assemblies, and the support platform further pivots toward the front support legs to provide the apparatus in a collapsed, readily storable position.
