A valve arrangement for dispensing a fluid is proposed. The valve arrangement comprises a valve plate for fixing the valve arrangement to a container, a valve housing and a fixing part for fixing the valve housing to the valve plate. The fixing part is welded with the valve plate. Furthermore, a dispensing apparatus with a container and a valve arrangement as well as a production method are proposed.

A nozzle arrangement for the preferably fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly oil, a dispensing head with such a nozzle arrangement, and the use of such a nozzle arrangement for the particularly fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly of an oil, is proposed, wherein a channel of the nozzle arrangement has a first channel portion and a second channel portion that connects to the first channel portion in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the first channel portion converges in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the second channel portion is elongate and/or slot-like in cross section and bordered by two elongate side surfaces and two short leg surfaces, wherein the leg surfaces are inclined relative to the direction of flow and/or a longitudinal axis of the channel, and/or wherein the second channel portion is embodied as a trapezoidal prism and the side surfaces are arranged so as to be at least substantially parallel to one another.

Nozzle arrangement and dispensing head

A manually operated pump and a method for pumping a preferably cosmetic liquid are proposed in which actuation is performed either by manual linear actuation or by swiveling actuation using a lever mechanism. The pump can be equipped with a locking device that blocks actuation of the pump in the locked state. The delivery head of the pump can be integrally formed with the swivel lever. Moreover, components of the pump can advantageously be provided with a flexible or elastic layer.

Manually operated pump with a first actuation element

A dispensing device as well as a dispensing head and use thereof are proposed. Through depression of the dispensing head, an associated dispensing valve is opened and the product to be delivered can escape or be dispensed through an outlet space and via a downstream outlet valve. In order to prevent or at least minimize subsequent dripping or foaming, the volume of the outlet space is initially reduced upon actuation of the dispensing head and enlarged again upon completion of actuation, particularly after closing of the dispensing valve, whereby the product is suctioned away from the outlet or outlet valve back into the outlet space.

Dispensing head and dispensing device

Proposed are a spray head with a nozzle for the atomizing of a liquid as well as a device with such a spray head. Associated with the nozzle is a delivery tube that can optionally be folded upward away from the nozzle.

Spray head and device for the dispensing of a liquid

A device for dispensing, especially atomizing, a preferably cosmetic liquid has a dispensing head which can be manually depressed for dispensing of the liquid and can be turned to set the dispensing direction. In order to ensure simple and reliable handling, the device has a catch arrangement so that the dispensing head can be turned with a catching action. In a preferred embodiment, the catch arrangement has at least one catch cam, preferably several catch cams that are spaced in the direction of rotation. The catch cam or cams engage catch recesses with a catching action, especially radially relative to the actuation direction of the delivery head.

Device for dispensing, especially atomizing, a preferably cosmetic liquid

The invention relates to an adapter () for a manually operated dispensing device () for a fluid that is/can be pressurized in a container. The dispensing device includes a housing () having a passage channel (). A tubular adapter housing () connects the uptake tube () and the channel () of the housing () of the dispensing device (). The adapter housing () has a connecting sleeve () for connection to the connecting nipple of the housing () and an uptake tube sleeve () for connection to the uptake tube (). There are several inlets () for the fluid in the upside down position of the dispensing device. The adapter housing () defines at least one section of the inlets. An inlet valve () is defined within the adapter housing () for releasing the inlets substantially simultaneously when a pressure acts on the fluid in the container in the substantially upside down position of the container. A shut-off valve () is positioned inside a large diameter valve chamber () of the adapter housing (), in such a way that the valve () can be freely displaced axially between two end positions.

Adapter for a manually operated dispensing device of containers of liquid

The invention relates to a deformable container (10) for delivering a liquid from a dispensing opening (12) on the sealing part (14), there being assigned to the ventilating opening (90) of the container (10) a ventilating valve (18) which is open in the event of underpressure in the container (10). The sealing part (14) is disposed on a metering element (20), which is inserted sealingly in the opening in the container (10) and is provided with two outlet ducts (24, 26). The outlet ducts (24, 26) serve to dispense the liquid in jet or drop form and can optionally be connected, by twisting the sealing part (14), to the dispensing opening (12) of the sealing part (14). The liquid is located in an inner bag (50), which is connected, in each case via a shut-off valve (64, 66), to the outlet ducts (24, 26). In an overhead position of the container (10), the liquid can be dispensed by compression of the container walls, depending upon the setting of the sealing part (14), in drop or jet form, by the corresponding nonreturn valve (64, 66) being opened whilst the ventilating valve (18) remains simultaneously closed. The nonreturn valve in question closes automatically, whilst the ventilating valve opens whenever the pressure exerted upon the container walls is lifted.

Deformable container for delivering liquid

A foaming head (10) has a discharge nozzle (12), the discharge channel (14) of which has at the upper end a tubular section (16), the upper end of which is closed by a deflecting plate (18) and is provided with passage slits (22) which open out radially into an outlet slit (24) in the head wall (20). An inner base (26) of each outlet slit (24) extends radially outwardly from the lower end (28) of each passage slit (22) as far as a deflecting wall (30) which together with the discharge channel (14) forms an acute angle which opens towards the head wall (20). An upper end (32) of each deflecting wall (30) is arranged at a level which is approximately two-thirds of the height of the tubular section (16). An outer base (34) of each outlet slit (24) extends radially outwardly from the upper end (32) of the deflecting wall (30) as far as the vicinity of an outer edge (36) of the head wall (20). The foaming head can be produced economically as a one-part plastics injection molding and, with an extremely simple construction, permits outstanding foaming of a foamable product contained in a pressure container.

Foaming head

The invention comprises a synthetic pack, in the filler container (11) of which there is integrated a compression spring element (16), against whose resistance a dispensing head (12) can be moved downwards with its carrier (18) of the filler container (11) and the filler can be pressurized. A ventilation valve (50) is herewith closed prior to the opening of a dispensing valve (22), which is circuit-connected into a product duct formed by a lifting tube (15) and product ducts (27, 40, 14). The dispensing head (12) is sealtight on the carrier (18) of the filler container (11), but is twistable between a closed position and an open position, the product duct (14, 40) of the dispensing head (12), in the open position, being aligned with the product duct (27) in a lifting tube nipple (20) and the ventilation valve (50) of the dispensing head (12) being aligned with a ventilation opening (29) in a headplate (19) of the carrier (18). With the pack (10), a high spraying quality is obtained, in conjunction with convenient handling, the dispensing head (12) simultaneously forming a transport seal for the pack.

Pack for free-flowing filler

The invention relates to a flexible spray bottle (10) for nasal spray, onto the bottle neck (14) of which a spray cap (12) is placed. The top wall (17) of the spray cap (12) contains a spray opening (20) and, on the underside, a connection piece (18) for a dip tube (21). A mixing-air passage (30, 31) extends between the connection piece (18) and the dip tube (21), with the result that a liquid/air mixture leaves the spray opening (20). An annular flange (15) of the spray cap (12) contains an air-admitting passage (23) which extends radially in the flange and is angled inside the spray cap towards the interior of the bottle (10). The angled part contains an air-admitting valve with a valve body (28) which is pressed against a valve seat (27) in the case of positive pressure in the container and seals off the air-admitting passage (23). In the open position of the air-admitting valve, the valve body (28) rests on supporting arms (29) which make possible the passage of air through the air-admitting passage (23). The spray bottle prevents bodily secretions from being sucked up after the introduction of the medicoment into the nasal passage and while retaining customary design features makes possible economical production (FIG. 1).
