A crusher may include a crushing member that is driven in an operatively connected manner by way of an eccentric element such that material to be crushed can be comminuted by way of a crushing movement generated at least in part by the eccentric element. At least one eccentric bushing may be connected by way of an active surface to the eccentric element by way of frictional engagement. The eccentric bushing may have a pressure medium chamber that uses pressure to vary the frictional engagement between the eccentric element and the eccentric bushing. In some examples, the crusher may be of a jaw type or a cone type.

Crushers having adjustable eccentricity

An example gyratory crusher for comminuting quarry material may comprise a crushing housing having a top and a bottom and a crushing cone having a top and a bottom. The crushing housing may be positioned around the crushing cone such that the crushing housing and the crushing cone form a circumferential crushing space having a crushing throat towards the top and a crushing gap towards the bottom. The crushing throat may be configured to receive quarry material, which, once comminuted, may exit the circumferential crushing space through the crushing gap. The circumferential crushing space may be tapered towards the crushing gap to facilitate this process. The crushing housing may include a crushing wall surface with an undulated surface disposed at least near the crushing throat. Waves of the undulated surface may include wave troughs and wave peaks and extend in a circumferential direction.

Gyratory crusher

A drive device is provided for a screening body of a screening machine, in particular for mineral materials for crushing, such as oil sand, with a drive motor, a synchronous transmission gear which is operatively connected thereto and has at least two output shafts which rotate in pairs in antiphase at the same rotation speed with respect to one another. The drive motor and the synchronous transmission gear are mounted in a stationary manner, separately from the screening body, at the side alongside the screening body, and do not oscillate therewith. Each output shaft has a single associated horizontal shaft which has unbalance elements, and which is connected to the output shaft by means of a rotationally rigid universally jointed shaft and is arranged with its axis parallel to the adjacent shaft and transversely with respect to the conveying direction of the screening body. The unbalance elements are arranged in the horizontal direction between the side walls of the screening body, the shaft is supported by bearing elements on a cross member which is connected to the side walls, the unbalance elements are arranged exclusively directly on the shafts, the bearing elements are arranged exclusively on the shafts in the axial direction of the shafts between the unbalance elements, and the bearing elements are supported on a cross member which is connected to the side walls.

Unbalanced drive for screening machines

A multiple roll crusher is provided for crushing of mineral material, more particularly of coal or oil sand. The multiple roll crusher includes at least three crusher rolls ('), the rotation axes (R) of which lie in parallel to each other and horizontal or roughly horizontal. All directly neighboring crusher rolls (&#x2032;) have opposite directions of rotation. A connecting line (V) of the rotation axes (R) has at least one kink.

The invention relates to a multi-roller crusher for the comminuting of mineral mill-feed, whereby the crushing roll are provided with crushing teeth, extending in the circumferential and longitudinal axial directions. Viewed in plan, the crushing teeth are arranged on each crushing roller such that several serial crushing teeth groups are formed behind each other, the imagined connection lines of which run successively at an inclined angle to the plan (1',2&#x2032;) of each crushing roller outer edge in the direction of the crushing roller centre.
