Electric-motor drive device

A suppression circuit, in particular for suppressing the noise of the wiper motor of a motor-vehicle, is provided with at least two capacitors ( ), which are situated between one common ( ) terminal and two separate terminals ( ), and it is provided with pulse limitation. A windshield wiping device, in particular for cleaning a windshield of the motor vehicle, includes at least one wiper and a control device. The at least one wiper is driven by an electrical drive motor and displaceable between two end positions. The control device processes a current wiper position and switching signals of a manually operated switching element via input variables. The control device controls a supply voltage of the electrical drive motor and a wiper velocity via an output variable. The at least one wiper moves from end position to end position. In a first switch position of the switching element, the at least one wiper has a first velocity. In a second switch position of the switching element, the at least one wiper has a second velocity, which is greater than the first velocity. The at least one wiper in the second switch position moves at the first velocity each time it is in the vicinity of an upper and lower end position. An electrical drive motor has a contact disk system, rotating synchronously with revolutions of the electrical motor for the periodic switchover between the second velocity and the first velocity.

Windshield wiper device

An electric drive unit for vehicle systems, such as power windows and windshield wipers, having a commutator motor that has a commutator and at least two commutator brushes. The electric drive unit includes electrical components of an electronic system for the motor. To reduce production costs and simplify assembly, the electrical components are electrically secured to a lead frame that makes the electrical connection between the components and the commutator motor and the commutator brushes are embodied as hammerhead brushes, whose carrier plates are bent in one piece out of the lead frame.

Electric drive unit for vehicle systems

An electric drive unit having an electric drive motor and a transmission. The electric drive motor has an armature shaft which extends, for example, to a worm shaft of the transmission. The shaft is embodied of one piece with the armature shaft. A first bearing and a second bearing are provided to support the armature shaft. The second bearing is embodied as a ball bearing with an outer ring, an inner ring, and balls. The inner ring is press-fitted in a rotationally fixed manner onto the armature shaft. The outer ring is slid into a receiving bore disposed in the transmission housing and is pressed against an axial stop face adjoining the receiving bore by means of a retaining part that is supported in an installation channel and has flexible tongues that are directed toward the outer ring. This axial pressing can be produced in an easy-to-assemble fashion and is also inexpensive thanks to a low cost of the retaining part. The proposed electrical drive unit can be used, for example, for at least one windshield wiper of a vehicle.
