A load sensing transmission device in which when a rotation is transmitted to a sun gear, and planetary gears are rotated, if the rotation of an internally-toothed ring gear disposed at an outer circumference of the planetary gears is restricted in at least one direction, a decelerated rotation is output from a planetary carrier by revolution of the planetary gears. When the internally-toothed ring gear is rotated without being restricted, and simultaneously rotated together with the revolution of the planetary gears the rotation which is not decelerated is output from the planetary carrier. Existence and non-existence of the restriction of the rotation of the internally-toothed ring gear are switched by sensing a load by the load sensing mechanism and performing the engagement and disengagement by an engagement pawl. The rotation of the planetary carrier is output through a plate with slider, load springs, and a plate with cam.

Load sensing transmission and hoisting machine including the same

A hoisting and pulling device including a main body framefor forming a load sheave containing space by constituting an inner face by a guide facefor guiding a load chainwound around a load sheave, a bearing platefixedly provided to an inner side of the main body framefor bearing the load sheave and a speed reducing gear on a side of speed reducing means, and a bearing platefor bearing the load sheaveon a side of driving means for partitioning the load sheave containing space, the driving means, and the speed reducing means by the bearing plates. According to a hoist of a background art, portability and operability and durability are not compatible with each other and the hoist is not provided with a function of preventing dust of a mechanical brake. Further, a problem is posed also in the operability of the hand chain.

Overload preventing apparatus in hoist

A hoisting and pulling device has a frame body () made by integrally forming a speed reducer side frame () on an outer peripheral edge surface of the frame body, a drive side frame () on the outer peripheral edge surface of the frame body, and a frame connection section () on the outer periphery of a load sheave receiving section. The speed reducer side frame () rotatably supports a speed reducer gear () and has a speed reducer side cover installation section (). The drive side frame () has a drive side cover installation section (). The frame connection section () has guide grooves () for guiding a chain () run around the load shave. Both frames () have hook installation holes () for rotatably supporting a hook for suspending a body frame on the load side. The structure above reduces the number of parts and assembling man-hour and makes the structure simpler, reducing the size and costs.

A winching and drawing machine comprises a drive shaft for driving a load sheave, a pressure receiving member fitted onto the drive shaft, brake plates installed in contact with the pressure receiving member and fitted onto the drive shaft, a pawl wheel interposed between the brake plates, a drive member screwed on the drive shaft so as to be pressed to and separated from the brake plates, an idler spring installed between the drive shaft and the drive member, and a lever. A stopper engaging with the drive shaft is provided at an end face of the drive member and an idler grip is fixed on an outer face of the stopper. Lever latching structure at a drive-shaft end of the winching and drawing machine has a function of adjusting a chain length.
