An instrument string guide for changing the path of a string on a musical instrument is disclosed. The instrument string guide engages the musical instrument string between the end of operational length and point of string termination. This device comprises a baseand tapered radiused slotto attach to the musical instrument. The tapered radiused slotkeeps the devise attached to the musical instrument. The tapered radiused slot also guides the string around the radiused edge more easily to reduce friction. The instrument string guide rests against a part of the instrument to become stationary.

A mechanical pitch shifter for changing the pitch of a stringed musical instrument is disclosed. The mechanical pitch shifter engages the musical instrument string between the end of operational length and point of string termination. This device comprises a base clampand thumbscrewto attach to the musical instrument. This devise comprises a top barand camto engage and disengage the musical instrument string. Reaction force of the string is opposed by the thumbscrew. Fine tuning of the string pitch is achieved by turning a thumbwheelthus changing the displacement between top barand base clamp

Mechanical pitch shifter

Pedal assemblies and methods provide for signal control, such as for controlling audio and/or effects path signals used in generating audio from a musical instrument. The pedal assemblies may provide for simultaneous audio and effects control via electrical pathways dedicated to each. Rotation of the pedal about one or more axes of rotation results in modifying an electrical characteristic of devices of the pedal that control the audio and effects path signals. A particular axis of rotation that modifies the electrical characteristic of a device may be configured to produce a particular audio or effects path control based on which of the jacks are in use such that by changing the jacks that are in use, the function of a particular axis of rotation may change. Furthermore, a pedal assembly may provide for two axes of rotation where the centers of rotation of the two axes are non-coincident. The two axes of rotation may be better isolated as a result.

Pedal assemblies and methods for signal control

A speaker cabinet design for providing adjustability of the number of speaker cabinets contained in a speaker array comprises female connectors () along the front and back edges on the top and right sides. A user of the cabinet can attach a mating second cabinet to any side of the first cabinet by inserting male connector () in the pass through assembly and securing to the female connector at all locations on that side. A user can connect a second speaker cabinet in a series or parallel electrical connection. This allows the user to build up to the desired number of speakers without purchasing a full speaker array. Furthermore, once the desired array is complete the user can remove only the number needed for transport. A variety of different speakers can be preloaded in the cabinet at the factory, thus giving the user flexibility in sound without having to remove and install different speakers.
