The battery pack case includes: a bottom plate and a side plate connected to the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side plate surround to form an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a unit cell; a plurality of first insulating strips are provided on a surface of the bottom plate facing the accommodating portion, the plurality of first insulating strips are sequentially spaced along a length direction or a width direction of the bottom plate, and a glue receiving groove is formed between two adjacent first insulating strips.

The mounting bracket includes: a management system mounting part, including a management system mounting surface, which is configured to mount a cell supervision circuit; and a thermally conductive part, configured to fit snugly to a container of the battery pack, which is connected to one end of the management system mounting part, and disposed on a side where the management system mounting surface is located.

A structural adhesive is filled between a bottom of the housing and the plurality of cells, and the plurality of cells is adhered to the housing through the structural adhesive. In the battery pack provided in the present disclosure, the cells are arranged in the interior of the housing, and the housing is adhered to the cells through the structural adhesive. The structural adhesive can functions as fixing the cells, such that a frame structure of a module can be omitted, the number of components in the battery pack can be reduced, manufacture process can be reduced, assembling efficiency can be improved, and manufacturing cost can be reduced.

The socket includes a base and a socket terminal. The plug includes a seat and a plug terminal. The base includes: a first main body portion; a first accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion; and a second accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion and provided to be spaced apart from the first accommodating portion. The fuse is accommodated in the first accommodating portion. At least a part of the socket terminal is accommodated in the second accommodating portion. The seat of the plug is inserted into the second accommodating portion of the base.

The base body comprises a bottom plate portion, a side plate portion, eave portions. The mounting hole penetrates the eave portion and the first protecting assembly. The first protecting assembly improves the entirety structural strength of the lower box. Because the mounting hole is formed by penetrating the eave portion and the first protecting assembly, the structural stability of the mounting location of the lower box body is improved, thereby making the mounting location of the lower box body not be prone to be deformed or damaged when the battery box is subjected to the external force.
