Systems and methods are disclosed for automated generation of integrated circuit designs and associated data. These allow the design of processors and SoCs by a single, non-expert who understands high-level requirements; allow the en masse exploration of the design-space through the generation processors across the design-space via simulation, or emulation; allow the easy integration of IP cores from multiple third parties into an SoC; allow for delivery of a multi-tenant service for producing processors and SoCs that are customized while also being pre-verified and delivered with a complete set of developer tools, documentation and related outputs. Some embodiments, provide direct delivery, or delivery into a cloud hosting environment, of finished integrated circuits embodying the processors and SoCs.

Integrated circuits as a service

Information is obtained from the Internet is combined with processed and rated information from social networking services by a structured and social data aggregator providing highly relevant search results. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a product information crawler, which crawls the Internet in search of web pages relevant to a requested subject or product. The product information crawler conveys captured web pages to a structured data extractor, which extracts product information. A social networking crawler crawls social networking services in search of social network information to the requested subject or product. The processed product information and processed social network information is conveyed to an information aggregator, which merges the information and stores it in a data store that can be queried by a user. A user would then be able conduct a single search about a subject or product, and retrieve highly relevant structured product information enhanced by social networking information.

A method and system for implementing a browser based information extraction and transmission method. A method and system for identifying, extracting, and transmitting predefined structured information from web pages browser interface. The extracted information is then added to a user profile on a social network and a database. The information is shared with other users who can comment, copy, vote on, or go to the original information source. The information can be combined with other extracted information to form collections for the purposes of voting on one or more items in the collection, combining multiple items to form a useful kit, saving information for later use, adding addition information such as dates and purchase location for personal inventory purposes, and for saving bookmarks to structured data.

Described are methods and systems for processing data. A motion estimator uses a block of an input frame of video data and a block of a reference frame of video data to generate motion vectors according to a first encoding scheme. A motion compensator produces half pel motion vectors from the motion vectors according to a second encoding scheme that is different from the first encoding scheme.

Adapting one type of encoder to another type of encoder

A method for controlling a processor array by a host computer involves creating a graph of a plurality of nodes using a data connection component, configuring a broadcast tree from a spanning tree of the graph, propagating a first command from the host computer to a member of the processor array using the broadcast tree, configuring a reply tree from a spanning tree of the graph, transmitting a response from the member of the processor array to the host computer using the reply tree, and configuring the data connection component to send at least one message selected from the first command and the response on at least one run mode communication path.
