Bite-actuated mouthpieces and drink vessels including bite-actuated mouthpieces are disclosed. Bite-actuated mouthpieces comprise a body comprising a dispensing wall, one or more sidewalls extending from the dispensing wall that with the dispensing wall define an internal volume, and an inlet to the internal volume. The self-sealing exit is biased toward a closed configuration and is configured to be selectively reconfigured from the closed configuration to an open configuration responsive to user-applied compressive forces to opposing bite regions. The dispensing wall has a dispensing face opposite the internal volume, and in some examples, the dispensing face is concave.

A face guard is disclosed herein. The face guard is configured for a human user having a face with a mouth and nose. The face guard includes a mouthpiece configured for retention in the mouth of the human user. The face guard also includes a face mask coupled to the mouthpiece, wherein the face mask configured to cover the mouth and nose of the human user.

A backpack includes a main body including a front side and a rear side, a pair of shoulder straps, each shoulder strap extending from a first fixed end at an upper portion of the rear side to a second free end, and a shoulder strap leveling structure coupled with each of the shoulder straps. A sports ball comprises a bladder and a contouring layer surrounding the bladder. The contouring layer includes at least one panel defining a repeating pattern of perforations configured to lower a Poisson's ratio of the contouring layer. Each of said perforations defines a reentrant shape and a constant cross-sectional width in a radial direction of the ball.

A sports accessory is provided to be worn by a user during a sport activity. The accessory includes a flexure system. The flexure system includes a support structure including a plurality of intersecting grooves disposed along a surface of the support structure, where a plurality of segments are defined along the surface of the support structure between the intersecting grooves such that the support structure is configured to flex along the grooves with segments moving in relation to other segments during use of the sports accessory.

In at least one embodiment, a headphone apparatus including an earbud is provided. The earbud includes a housing, a flexible skirt, and a flexible tip portion. The housing includes a loudspeaker positioned therein and at least a portion of the housing being arranged to be received in a user's concha. The flexible skirt is removably coupled to at least a portion of the housing to be at least partially received in an ear canal of the user. The flexible tip portion extends from the housing and the flexible tip portion is configured to be received in at least an antihelix of the user. The flexible tip portion includes an outer wall and a rib intersecting with the outer wall such that the outer wall applies a force against the rib in response to contact with an anti-helical fold of the user's ear.
