A conjugate cam reducer includes input and output units disposed at two opposite sides of a transmission unit along an output axis. The transmission unit includes input-side and output-side cam discs having first and second grooved surfaces. The input unit includes an input disc having a plurality of first receiving grooves registered with the first grooved surfaces to receive input rollers, and an eccentric shaft rotated to drive rotation of the transmission unit in an eccentric cam motion. The output unit includes an output disc having an inner peripheral wall which engages with the output-side cam disc, and a plurality of second receiving grooves which are registered with the second grooves to receive output rollers. An outer diameter of each first toothed surface and an outer diameter of each second toothed surface is gradually increased along a direction parallel to the output axis.

Conjugate cam reducer

A cam transmission mechanism includes a rotary disk, a camshaft, contact members and a housing. The rotary disk has a periphery formed with equidistant projections, any two adjacent ones of which define an accommodating recess. The camshaft includes a shaft rod and a cam body that has at least one groove communicated with some of the recesses of the rotary disk. The groove and the recesses cooperate to form a plurality of confining spaces, within which the contact members are accommodated freely rollably for rotation transfer from the camshaft to the rotary disk. The housing is connected to the rotary disk for confining the contact members in the confining spaces, respectively.

Cam transmission mechanism with ball followers

An automatic nut internal thread quality tester is provided. The automatic nut internal thread quality tester includes a blanking module, a clamping module, a push rod module, a thread gauge driving module, and an axial pushing module. The blanking module is configured to control the nuts to be tested be blanked in series. The clamping module is configured to clamp the to-be-tested nut. The push rod module is configured to push the to-be-tested nut into the clamping module and restrict the blanking. A thread gauge of the thread gauge driving module is driven by a motor to detect the to-be-tested nut. When a torque measured by a torque sensor is greater than a threshold value, the motor reverses the thread gauge and the axial pushing module drives the clamping module away from the thread gauge.

Automatic nut internal thread quality tester

An automatic nut tapping equipment is provided. The automatic nut tapping equipment includes a tap rotating mechanism, a nut clamping mechanism, an axial transmission mechanism, and a nut placing slot. The tap rotating mechanism includes a tap rotary motor and a tap, wherein the tap is driven by the tap rotary motor. The nut clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly and a sliding rail, wherein the clamping assembly is disposed on the sliding rail and is configured for clamping a to-be-tapped nut to restrict the to-be-tapped nut from rotating. The axial transmission mechanism controls the clamping assembly to axially translate one pitch in response to the tap rotating one revolution, such that a forward nut-tapping motion and a backward nut-retracting motion are performed by the nut clamping mechanism. The nut placing slot is configured to arrange and control the dropping of another to-be-tapped nut.

Automatic nut tapping equipment

A wind power excitation synchronous generation system having a maximum power determining unit and a control method thereof are disclosed. In this control method, dual input shafts and a single output shaft of a gear transmission mechanism are used, and two kinds of inputted power, such as wind power and servo motor control power, are integrated, so as to allow the output shaft to drive an excitation synchronous generator to generate electric power. In this system, a rotation speed and a phase of a servo motor are controlled, so as to allow the excitation synchronous generator to output the electric power with a frequency and a phase identical to the utility grid.

Wind power excitation synchronous generation system having maximum power determining unit and control method thereof

A hybrid power transmission integrated system includes a first planetary gear train, a second planetary gear train, a first transmission-connecting set and a second transmission-connecting set. A control method includes: arranging the first transmission-connecting set to provide a first power input end; arranging the second transmission-connecting set to provide a second power input end, a first power output end and a free transmission end; connecting the first and second transmission-connecting sets to the first and second planetary gear trains; controlling the free transmission end performed as a second power output end or a third power input end such that powers are converted via the second power output end and are stored; supplying the stored power to the hybrid power transmission integrated system via the second or third power input end.

Hybrid power integrated transmission system and method thereof

A stand-alone wind power generation system and a method for controlling an excitation synchronous generator thereof are provided. In this method, an input wind power is transformed into an electrical power and outputted to a load. With the use of a coaxial configuration, a windmill, a speed-increasing gearbox, the excitation synchronous generator, and a motor are integrated in the same shaft. The output voltage of the generator is stabilized by an excitation field control. With the use of a motor servo control, the speed of generator can be stabilized under a wind disturbance condition. Therefore, the output power and frequency can be stable. A power flow management unit can control battery sets to charge and discharge, so as to accomplish the proposed control method.

Wind power generation system and method for controlling excitation synchronous generator thereof

An engine structure having a conjugate cam assembly is provided and includes a piston which can be used to push or pulled by the conjugate cam assembly mounted on a camshaft through a connection rod, a roller rocker and two rollers. The conjugate cam assembly has two cams with cam profiles and relative arrangement angle which can be varied according to actual operational desire, so as to vary the ratio of intake/exhaust strokes and the ratio of compression/power strokes. Thus, the combustion efficiency and the exhaustion efficiency can be enhanced. When the camshaft finishes four strokes of an operational cycle, the camshaft only rotates one circle (i.e. 360 degree), so that the rotation speed of the camshaft can be lowered.

Engine structure having conjugate cam assembly

A multi-rod mechanism for opening and closing molds is provided and includes a single cam, a first side connection rod assembly located on a first side of the cam, a first mold actuated by the first side connection rod assembly, a linkage connection rod, a second side connection rod assembly located on a second side of the cam and actuated by the linkage connection rod, and a second mold actuated by the second side connection rod assembly. The multi-rod mechanism only uses the single cam to simultaneously actuate the first and second molds, so that the structure of the multi-rod mechanism can be simplified, while the vibration, loading, noise and abrasion of components during operation can be relatively reduced.

Multi-rod mechanism for opening and closing molds

An independently controllable transmission mechanism includes a first planetary gear set, a second planetary gear set, a first transmission-connecting set and a second transmission-connecting set. The first planetary gear set includes a first power output end, the second planetary gear set includes a transmission control end, the first transmission-connecting set includes a first power input end and the second transmission-connecting set includes a free transmission end. The transmission control end controls the free transmission end to function as a second power input end or a second power output end.

Independently controllable transmission mechanism

An independently controllable transmission mechanism with an identity-ratio series type includes a first planetary gear train and a second planetary gear train mechanically connected therewith. The transmission mechanism has a power output end, a transmission control end, a power input end and a free transmission end. The power output end and the transmission control end are provided on the first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train, respectively. The power input end is provided on the first planetary gear train or the second planetary gear train while the free transmission end is provided on the second planetary gear train or the first planetary gear train. The transmission control end is operated to freely shift the free transmission end as a power input end or a power output end.

Independently controllable transmission mechanism with an identity-ratio series type

An independently controllable transmission mechanism includes a first planetary gear train, a second planetary gear train, a first transmission-connecting set and a second transmission-connecting set. The first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train are serially connected to form a series type. The independently controllable transmission mechanism has a first power output end, a transmission control end, a first power input end and a free-transmission end. The first power output end is provided on the first planetary gear train and the transmission control end is provided on the second planetary gear train. The first power input end is provided on the first transmission-connecting set and the free-transmission end is provided on the second transmission-connecting set. The transmission control end controls the free-transmission end to be functioned as a second power input end or a second power output end.

Independently controllable transmission mechanism with series types

An independently controllable transmission mechanism includes a first planetary gear train and a second planetary gear train. The first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train are mechanically connected in parallel to form a parallel type. The controllable transmission mechanism has a first power output end, a transmission control end, a first power input end and a free-transmission end. The first power output end is provided on the first planetary gear train and the transmission control end is provided on the second planetary gear train. When the first power input end is provided on the first planetary gear train or the second planetary gear train, the free-transmission end is provided on the second planetary gear train or the first planetary gear train. The transmission control end controls the free-transmission end to be functioned as a second power input end or a second power output end.

Independently controllable transmission mechanism with simplified parallel types

A transmission mechanism with intermittent output movement includes an output shaft rotatably mounted to first and second cams and a sun gear mounted to the output shaft. A first rocker includes a first planet gear meshed with the sun gear and first and second rollers rotatably mounted on opposite sides of the first planet gear and respectively in contact with the first and second cams. A second rocker includes a second planet gear meshed with the sun gear. An end of a first connecting rod is mounted to the first rocker. An end of a second connecting rod is mounted to the second rocker. Two ends of a link are rotatably mounted to the other ends of the first and second connecting rods. A planet gear carrier is mounted to an input shaft coaxial to the input shaft and includes an end rotatably mounted to the first rocker.

Transmission mechanism with intermittent output movement

A multi-rod structure for opening and closing molds is provided and includes a single cam, a first side connection rod assembly located on a first side of the cam and having a first side triple connection rod, a first mold actuated by the first side triple connection rod, a linkage connection rod, a second side connection rod assembly located on a second side of the cam and having a second side triple connection rod actuated by the linkage connection rod, and a second mold actuated by the second side triple connection rod. The multi-rod structure only uses the single cam to simultaneously actuate the first and second molds, so that the structure can be simplified, while the vibration, loading, noise and abrasion of components during operation can be relatively reduced.
