A display device has a display panel, a backlight adjacent a first surface of the panel, a blocker adjacent a second surface of the panel, and at least one bracket between the panel and backlight. An edge of the second surface of the panel is exposed, the first and second surfaces are substantially parallel, at least one bracket is coupled to the first surface without overlapping an active region of the panel that displays an image, and the blocker does not overlap the active region of the panel and overlaps the bracket along an axis passing through the panel. The blocker is visible at a position in front of the panel.

Display device

A display apparatus includes a plurality of first brackets adhered to the rear panel. A first bracket has a recess on a first surface where an adhesive is applied, and a first protrusion extending from a second surface and a second protrusion extending from the first protrusion. A connection bracket has a side wall and a plurality of first tab portions. The tab portion is provided into an opening of the first protrusion. A second bracket is provided adjacent to the plurality of the first brackets and attached to the connection bracket. A frame is mounted to the at least one second bracket. A light source is provided between the frame and the second bracket.

Display apparatus

The present disclosure relates to a display device comprising a display panel which outputs an image on a front surface thereof and is bendable, an exciter positioned on a rear surface of the display panel, for generating sound by vibrating the display panel, a vibration transmitting unit positioned between the exciter and the display panel, for transmitting vibrations of the exciter to the display panel, a control unit for controlling the display panel and the exciter, and a frame to which the display panel is fixed. As the display device uses the bendable display panel, such that the display panel itself can vibrate to output sound, the display device has an advantage in that there is no need to have a separate sound output device.

A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a flexible display panel, a flexible plate positioned at a rear of the flexible display panel, a rigid bar adjacent to an edge of a back surface of the flexible plate, a drive unit installed to a rear of the flexible plate, and a wing plate connecting the drive unit to the rigid bar and hinge-coupled to the rigid bar.

A display device is provided. The display device may include a display panel for displaying an image and a back cover provided behind the display panel and coupled to the display panel. A bending assembly may be coupled to the back cover to bend the display panel. A controller may be provided that is configured to control the bending assembly to apply a physical force to the back cover to bend the display panel a prescribed amount.

The transparent cover contains a resin material having transmission capable of transmitting light. A display device includes a display panel including a front substrate and a back substrate, a plurality of first brackets attached to a non-display area of a back surface of the back substrate using an adhesive, a frame disposed in the rear of the display panel, an optical layer disposed between the frame and the display panel, a light guide plate disposed between the frame and the optical layer, a light source disposed on the side of the light guide plate, a second bracket disposed on the plurality of first brackets, and a connection frame including a first portion inserted into a hole or a groove of each of the plurality of first brackets and a second portion connected to the second bracket.
